Poor value for money

When it comes to enjoying these rare warm summer night dinners al fresco, Pirita jahtklubi has much to its favour. A good location, large terrace cozily shielded from the wind, a tranquil river to enjoy. Yet when it comes to the dinner experience itself, this credit runs out quickly. We found that the service is slow, largely due to disorganisation. The tables nearby had service several times yet we found it difficult to get the attention of the waitstaff to order. The salmon (€15) as well as the perch (€16) had too much salt to pick up any flavours the fish may have had. We were not offered to see the menu again for dessert and I had to get up to find the person attending the table to ask for the bill. With only a few improvements, this place could really be the go-to-place for summer nights away from the buzz of the city.

A super nice place with a great view and geat service!

A super nice place with a great view and geat service. I love to hang out there in the summers at the outdoor terrace and the food is always very good. In the wintertime it is also cozy inside. Good place for couples, larger groups and also for visiting with children. PS very romantic and beautiful. The menu is not very large, but everyone should find something. Nice to have lunch or celebrate a birthday or just have a dinner.

Still high quality

We stayed in the guest harbour which is basically a hughe construction site. However the restaurant is not part of it. The menu offers good options at decent price. Friendly staff. Credit cards accepted. Shall go again when staying at KJK guest harbour.

Dirty highly priced place

Was there twice. First time had daily offer of tuna pasta that looked like porridge. Just some homogeneous mass with macaroni. Other time we were sitting outside and ordered from a la cart menu. We had salmon and cod. It was absolutely nothing special and portions were really small. Prices should me 20% lower. Tables are old and dirty. No salt, pepper or napkins on table. It needs some renovation to attract. Location is good and plates were served nicely and fast.

You will miss the advertised view as you are in the midst of a building site

Currently, in the midst of building sides, it’s not the place that is described in the ads - the food lacked any spacing whatsoever. This is true both for the salad as well as the burger. The kitchen didn’t manage after complain to serve a medium cooked burger disappointing.

Diricillous small portions and unfriendly service

I ordered grilled pike and potatoe pyree. The size of the dish was smaller than sc. children size. I reclamated this to personal but they started to lie that it is their normal size. I have visited this restaurant since 2004 1-2 times per summer. Never seen so small portions. This was my last time there

We have enjoyed lunch and dinner here. The ambiance is amazing and the service is outstanding. There is a wide variety of menu choices. Perfect for families or a romantic dinner for two. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is on the harbor so there is a nice view of the marina. As mentioned earlier, we enjoyed our lunch so much we came back the next evening for dinner. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice Surprise

We visited the restaurant yesterday randomly, looking around for a meal in the late afternoon. We found it by a mark at MapsMe, it was most close to our position. The first impression from the backyard (a parking lot) was a litte mixed. But the look inside showed an atypically furnished small restaurant with very friendly staff. Everything was fine, orders were taken quickly and after short time we got the drinks, the starter and the main course. The piece of the (top fried !) pike perch could be larger, but in relationship to the moderate prices it was o.k. All in all, a nice surprice on the way and a good alternative for restaurants in the overcrowded city of Talllinn, e.g. for people visiting Kadriorg (Pirita harbour is only a few minutes by car from the famous castle and park).

Nice terrace, good view!!

Nice terrace with relaxing view. Food is good. Not too pricy. It is a good option for romantic dinner or to enjoy time with friends in a relaxing way. Service is good but slow, so take it easy and enjoy the terrace and the view.

Late lounch

Cosy and relaxed milieu outside in terrace. Very professional and friendly service, thank You, Matis. Roasted goat cheese salad and Caesar salad with big shrimps were delicious. Desserts were beautiful and tasty.

Place with a summer vibe and sea breeze ❤️

Amazing place to go have a meal. Menu is decent and everyone should find something, even people with allergies. Has good selection of drinks and spirits <3 If you sit outside you can see the little sailers coming from their training like little duckling :D Outside area is comfortable with soft seating and good view! Interior design is like you have reach some captain's home - filled with little details of sailing, boats and sea ❤️ Client Service is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Public transport comes here from the city centre quite a long time, ca 27 minutes. You can take busses no 1A, 8, 34A and step out in bus stop Rummu and walk ca 8 mins. But I guarantee, it is worth it! 😻

Sailed to Kalev Jahtklubi. Decided to have dinner at Jahtklubi Resto. Once again. Superb food at decent price. Comes together with professional and friendly service. Credit cards accepted.

bad food, nice place

have visited this place several times with friends... and unfortunately had bad experience... Today (19.03.2019) we took daily offer: the buckwheat was undercooked, the beef strogans were salty, as if they were trying to “mask” the stale meat, the beet salad was made from turned to sour (spoiled) beets, and this taste was tried to be covered with lots of garlic. Since we are not the first time to meet such a quality, I decided to write ...
