We had a lovely 3 course meal. Food was really good and the athmosfere was elegant. I would suggest the borsh (soup) and meat pie as classical Russian food it was really tasty.

I defenitely recommend to visit this place if you want feel 5* service in its full mode. During our dinner we get only positive emotions. All dishes were very delicious, doesn't matter will you order one dish or sets. I defenitely recommend to order seasonal sets from Chef (4 or 6 dishes), because so you can get acquainted with a... The food for me was abit pretentious my husband enjoyed his menu choices more than I did. You need to order three courses or you will be hungry at the end . My goats cheese starter was my favourite course . The main course was a disappointment I ordered scallops and lobster. It consisted of two scallops and a mouthful... More

Wonderfully decorated in grand style. Superb service to match the decor and good food too. Portions not huge (two scallops only for a main course is pushing it) but 3 courses are pretty filling. Lunch about 100 euros for 2 , 3 courses and a glass of wine.

This restaurant is in the Telegraaf Hoel in the old part of the city, very easy to find. The surroundings are very tasteful, the menu Devine, and the service absolutely excellent !! The prices very reasonable for this type of dining. A trio playing light classical music added a nice touch.

We had an excellent meal at the Tchaikovsky and would rate the food as among the best we have had anywhere, Michelin standard in my view. The restaurant is located in the Telegraf hotel and has a atmospheric indoor dining room and tables outside in the garden. We ate outside in the garden on a Friday evening at a candlelit... More

When I'm traveling, I usually venture away from the hotel restaurant at which I'm staying, but Tchaikovsky receives such high marks from reviewers (I read somewhere that it's the 2nd best restaurant in all of Estonia) I thought I'd give it a go. I'm very happy I did. I ordered a'la carte, but got the wine pairings to go with... More
