How is GMP Clubhotel Puhajarve Restoran rated?

Me and my husband had the chefs choice 5 course menu, which took us on a nice adventure through local produce. Absolutely stunning! Our waitress also recommended great wines to go with the courses. Its sad to see that such a gem is rather empty...during dinner time, you guys deserve a lot more attention than you are getting. Regarding the issue a lot are addressing here - the high prices - you are paying for the quality, doesnt matter where you are (in a city or in Pühajärve), if you want quality produce and highly qualified staff to produce it and serve it, you will have to pay for it. Our waitress already spoiled a little surprise that there is soon coming a new 8 and 10 course chefs menu - We will see again soon!More

A fine place to eat

Meals are very tasty. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Ambiance is really nice. Prices are a bit high. Menu isn’t big enough

Poor service, pricey, small portions, but food is ok

While writing then one of us is still waiting for food. That says it all, we have been here for a long time. Portions are small and expensive, taste is alright I guess.

Great Food

A nice and modern Restaurant with charming service. The food is high end and the wine selection very wide. Great place for a nice tete a tete and family lunch or just for people who love great food and atmosphere.

Food was really nice. Especially we liked that restaurant have season specials for really affordable price although this special doesn’t have vegetarian alternative, and this is the only minus what I can come up with. Really nice place. Service is at really good level, waiters...come often enough to help with your needs, but not to much that it starts to be annoying. Surprising experience

Nice atmosphere, was blown away by flavors. Tasted in two nights 6 different dishes. wide menu, many options to choose from. Cant wait to go vack. Wine selection by class - not so good

Great lunch with value for money

As last year we had here the best lunch during our summer holiday, we decided to go back with our friends. The menu was different but very good and interesting. The biggest surprise was "karsotto - like risotto, but from oats! Local fish and meat...was also excellent. At the very end, the bill was very customer friendly. The service was fast and also kids friendly!More

Amazing food, slow service

The food at this restaurant is amazing, the only issue seems to be the wait time. We waited almost one hour for a cocktail and entree, then once people started to leave then our mains were out before we even finished the entree. The food...quality made up for the long wait time as it was cooked very well. We had the grilled fish and the beef tenderloin. Both were cooked well although the fish seemed it had been sitting on the plate for too long before it came out to be servedMore

Nice hotel and restaurant

Very beautiful place, lakeview, good hotel and service. The staff is always very friendly. Hotel is cosy and clean. One of the best restaurants in the area!

Best restaurant in neighbourhood

Superb chef and delicious meal! Nice place to visit when travelling in South-Estonia. Restaurant opened every day from Tuesday to Sunday and nice meal will be served there!

Good food with prices almost as steep as the mountains

Very good food and service but a bit pricey especially for the Otepää area! But that being said it is nice to splurge once in a while!!!More

Still one of the best restaurants in Estonia

The restaurant is still one of the best in Estonia, even if it's quite expensive. I can recommend local fish and try also the sweets.

mothers day lunch
