No had the time to taste what is prepared in this restaurant. The menu looks really good and I was very interested in tasting a lot of things... BUT, I have been said once inside that the restaurant was not taking credit card... This was maybe black money day...

Excellent turbot, good selection of wines, nice interiors. Oysters were also fresh. As for the escargot they didn't taste particularly well. The disadvantages are a little bit gloomy interior, they do not accept credit cards and the value for money ratio is imbalanced.

First, a warning - this restaurant only accepts cash. Second, I notice other reviewers complaining about the service. I found it formal, but not "grumpy", but also a little neglectful once food is served. Our wine bottle was not left on our table, but no one came to replenish our glasses. The food itself was very good, and nicely presented,... More

La Provence has good dishes, their presentation is good, the quality of the food was good as well. BUT the service is a joke... You feel you are disturbing the waiter when you come in... He does not speak a word of English while even waiters from Charly pizza can... He waited to open the bottle of wine to tell... More

Classical ambiance and cuisine served friendly and with every detail covered. Some might wish a wider selection of wines, not to mention the lacking choise for beer lovers.

Nice French (Mediterranian) cousine. Very cosy and luxury! Luxury ⭐️: 9/10. Food ⭐️: 9/10. Service ⭐️: 8/10. Maximum amount to be spent including good wine >100 €/person.

I've called this place "best by far" in 2012, oh how the things changed in Vilnius' food scene. La Provance is still strong, but it's top10-15 place at best. It refuses to change or innovate and is happier with visitors than locals.

One of the best places to eat in Vilnius, or maybe even the best. Cosy interior and super tasty food. The only thing where they struggle is service. Waiters are not so friendly, always so "stone face" - but maybe it is supposed to be like that.

We visited La Provence two years ago and the food was delicious then and it was delicious now! The restaurant is like an old fashioned Russian Noble home. But what we didn't like this time was the waiter. A young one was OK, but the old one who served us was very strange. In such high class restaurants male waiters... More

Don't get upset with the growling waiter who seems to prefer an empty restaurant. His English is non-existent, so double check your order. The food is really worth is. Great combinations and excellent quality, beautiful presentation and reasonably priced for such quality, at least for Western European purses. Absolutely a must.
