One of the best restaurants in the Baltics, Sue's Indian Raja constantly impresses with a fabulous range of dishes made with hand - picked and hand - mixed spices by a team of top Indian chefs overseen by the unique Wing Commander Rajinder Chaudhary. The menu is packed with all the favorites, making recommending something practically impossible. If in doubt, simply ask, because it's one of those rare places where the waiting staff knows about the dishes they deliver to your table.

Best of Good Food

This was easily one of the nicest indian meals I have ever experienced. We were greeted at the door and within minutes taken to our seat. The service was prompt and soon we were digging into our chosen dishes. However, as each dish was almost finished the plate was whisked away until the table was empty, and we had no reason to stay. If only they would let me wipe my plate with the leftover naan bread, but it was taken away too.

Excellent food and great service

This is my favourite place in Vilnius, having tried most things on the menu. We always get different dishes, with naan bread and rice on the side, and share between us. They’ve always accommodated any changes and wishes we’ve had (allergies, spicyness, etc.).

Unless you are desperate for food resembling Indian cuisine, I recommend you eat elsewhere. Nothing was really wrong with what I ordered, it was just bland, which is an adjective which should never be applied to Indian food. The service was fine, the location is great, the food was just mediocre. I imagine there are other, and better, Indian options in town.

Authentic Indian food

Unpretentious, not over the top decor as some Indian restaurants do. The food speaks for itself. Definitely worth a visit. Prices are extremely reasonable given the high standard of the food. Had to hold back going 2 nights in a row. Great service, happy and helpful. Luxuriously soft basmati, aromatic garlic naan & melt in your mouth, well spiced chicken curry.

Absolutely delicious!

The service was excellent- it could not be faulted. The food - the nicest Indian food we have had. I had lamb korma and it melted in your mouth, and the peshwari naan was packed with dried fruit. We loved the fact it was brought on over tea lights to keep it warm. The cocktails were lovely, and I would highly recommend the Lady from Delhi(I think it was called that!). The atmosphere was great, and it was very busy. It is more expensive than other places and more expensive than in the UK, but we felt it was really worth the money. We would highly recommend it, and would suggest you book.

Disappointing

Lovely waiter, polite and respectful however the food has a strange influence of taste. I’ve eaten Indian food for 48 years and been both to India and Pakistan and this is not representative. The food meat quality is good though, fluffy rice but the sauces need work also the bread is too doughy. The black Dahl tastes like out of a tin, watery. After being told by so many how amazing this restaurant was I’m amazed.

Amazing food and an amazing setting.

I’ve travelled a lot around the world and I enjoy Indian food. I have to say this is up there with some of the best Indian food establishments I’ve been in. I really enjoyed this meal and would highly recommend. Really can’t see where the bad reviews come from. Well done I would definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome dinner

The food was excellent. We had onion bahji and vegetable samosa for starters. They were delicious. We then had butter chicken with basmati rice and plain naan and it was very tasty. We also tried their cocktails golden poison and lush over the clouds. They were very good. We had a wonderful night.

Great Tasting Indian Food

Restaurant was opposite hotel so we decided to try it. Very busy with tables being filled as soon as vacated but service impeccable. Lots of choice on menu and everything is delicious. Different spice levels to suit all tastes. Definitely recommend.

Refined Indian dining

The best Indian restaurant I have been to. Well balanced spice levels, where we could appreciate the flavours and not just the heat. We sat at an open air table in the square; very good service.

Their beetroot tikki was amazing. The food, ambience and service was great. We had a great food at a prime location. I would recommend to have one Indian meal here if one is in Vilnius
