If you love Asian food or maybe you want to try some for the first time, you can visit Shimai. Their sushi is phenomenal and and the flavours are very deep and pleasant. I will visit again soon.

The location is somewhat suspicious - a really small basement. But they make really great sushi and maki, fast and for a very reasonable price. And the staff is really friendly too. No cow pass is required to enter.

They dont answer for calls. Assistant girl all the time on bad mood and speaking rude.Sushi man is ok, sushies is fine and tasty.

We step in for a quick lunch at 11:30...nice outside table near Frank Zappa statue! We ordered spicy noodles...soo 😋! If you like hot sushi we recommend the fried uramaki with shrimps!!

We tested the place as a family because of good reviews here. We ordered a family sized menu and liked the spread. Busy road so best to eat indoors. Waiter did his job and we had a good time.

Most welcoming staff, delicious sushi, great menu selection. The restaurant is small but cosy, you can sit right outside and have your meal there. Highly recommend it.

A small restaurant in Vilnius centre. The inside design in restaurant is cozy, warm. The service is very welcoming and always waiting for their clients. But most imortantly the food there is fantastic and the portion of dishes is big enough for their price. The...prices there are low and still the food is delicious, well-made and I always want to come back again and again . I have a big love for this little restaurant! <3More

Great stuff! A small and cozy place in Vilnius, providing friendly customer service, tasty food based on Japanese cuisine. Easy to find, almost in a centre of Vilnius old - town. Easy to communicate in Lithuanian, English and Russian. They are also providing trainings how...to make sushi, able to tell you about the history of Japanese cuisine culture. I've been there for a few times already and I am 100% satisfied about dishes (Salmon soup is the best there, also you have to try URA - MAKI with Tuna, delicious stuff), customer service (CEO of the place working there as well, welcoming everyone, which is nice). Also you have to try their table wine, really good one, sticks to the food perfectly. For the conclusion...I like sushi, fresh, tasty and healthy food. I tried various sushi bars and restaurants...and SHIMAI SUSHI & WINE is one of the best places in Vilnius you can go for nice and cozy time. 5 star!More
