Very rude personel and lady manager or owner, didnt give us the key of the toilet, they lied they do not have a toilet but after big effort bartender gave me the key and then came this lady manager and thretened she will lock me...in the toilet after I came out she started violent actions and started to yell at me russian words and started kicking me. How can a normal human being or manager do this to clients. Worst experiance ever.More

My mum and I were trying to enjoy some mulled wine and the sunset when a guy looking as security (but perhaps a business owner) approached us and told us that we are not allowed to use the cushions to sit on outside (it was...quite cold and wet on that day). The guy sounded as he was threatening us, rather than just asking to put the cushion back inside or instead go and sit inside. We were a bit shocked to be approached and treated like this. The funniest was that himself and his friends or colleagues were sitting outside surrounded by those same cushions (I have attached the pic). It is sad that we are still facing this kind of attitude in Lithuania. Beautiful spot, but such an unfriendly atmosphere, do not recommendMore

It is very unfortunate that such business owners, who have very little understanding of that they are doing with their business and no idea about service culture in general, remain on the beautiful beach of the Lithuanian seaside. It turns out that the time on...their saddlebags is limited depending on how many you spend in their bar ... ridiculous! We enjoyed a late morning coffee and continued to spend time watching the sea / people until rude owner (we think so)lady of this facility approached us by tellung us that we smeared her sandbag with barefoots on it. This was followed by an expressive bringing and dropping of menus on the table and returning after 2 minutes with an order to place an order at the bar (or as we believe GET OUT if you are not ordering enything). Thing is that we spent our money at this place yesterday during sunset and had plans for a day with snacks and drinks at this place, but not after such behavior of owner. It is most unfortunate that this was the behavior of the bar owner herself (so we guess), who should be most interested in the good atmosphere and image of her bar. The prices are high, for beer ir plastic cup 5€, despite if that you can’t use the toilet. The personal are also rude. Not recommend 💩

This place serves drinks in plastic cups, with plastic straws etc, really distasteful nowadays. For the price they charge, situated on a beautiful beach, they should do something to protect the environment. The toilet is disgusting, not cleaned in ages and you need to pay...extra to use it. The owners have no idea what a decent customer service is as they train their staff to be rude to customers if they order "too little". Ridiculous.More

Rude staff, especially the security, deserves to be closed. Stay away from this place, bring own drinks to the beach.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, waited 20min for my drinks. A lot of drunk Lithuanians gathering around, not pleased with the Russian music playing on speakers also... Not a positive experience

Only money is important here, not the customer. if you only order coffee or a small drink, the staff may be very unfriendly to you
