Staff members do not have knowledge about the fish species they are serving.

When menu card is stating "White Halibut", then it is a spcie, that can be 300 kg in size. I kept on asking the waitress, if it was white or black halibut they had on the menu, since I was suspicious, that it was black halibut. When the dish was served, then it was black halibut, which in texture and size is a completely different fish. Can be up to 5 kg and not 300 kg. This is the same as telling the guests, that you have turkey on the menu, but you get chicken. Both are birds, but different in size and texture. Not good, when uou are running a fish and seafood restaurant.

Proper skill of cooking & fresh incredients

The receipts and the art of preparing food in Zuvine have always been meeting my expectations. Also in this time our 5 days stay in Palanga we enjoyed twice dinner in Zuvine. Waiters know their job and are professional or quite professional. Want to give special credit to the receipt and the chef’s skill of art in making: St Jacob Scallops in cognac sauce, almond-carrot cream and parsnip chips. Absolutely loved the receipt and how perfectly scallops were grilled. The new thing in Zuvine was waiter adding manually (pen written) 10% service fee in the top of the bill. Such 10% service fee isnt known practise in Lithuania and it wasnt mentioned anywhere before we placed our order. Thereby consider 10% add on the invoice not exactly respecting customer, but a bit of like cheating. Been dining in Zuvine over the 15 years every time we have visited Palanga.

Excellent food in a touristic hotspot

We visited Palango and simply followed the restaurant recommendation of our travel guidebook. We had the recommended fish soup, a brilliant, tuna, tartare, and a tasty selection of smoked fish. Everything was of best quality. The wine list is quite small. We choose a "Gruener Veltliner". The service was friendly and fairly quick An island of good taste in a mass-touristic environment. This place can be recommended!

POOR FOOD AND RUDE STAFF

The staff is completely untrained and the wait is more than long. We had to wait 15 minutes to get a bottle of wine and more than 50 minutes for the first dish. Regarding the food, it is absolutely poor/average. You can find way better restaurants for a more affordable price in palanga Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Very bad, after ordering shrimp in batter, the batter is not cooked. Fish and chips are the same problem, raw dough, the amount of fish is ridiculous, and the presentation of the side dish, like in a canteen, cucumbers and tomatoes cut in four parts 😃 I don't even want to talk about the mussels, because half of them were bad (weren’t opened, which should be if you cook the fresh). In overall do not recommend this place..

Very good restaurant!

Professional service, delicious food, cozy place. I would say the best restaurant in Palanga (in it’s range of the price). Cuisine is simple but with a twist to satisfy a more demanding customer. The waiters are helpful and hyper professional.

This restaurant specializes in fish dishes. The food here is always fresh. The menu is new every day. We visited for three days in a row. It was incredibly delicious! The portions are small, but enough. Great service. Great environment, staff pleasant and knowledgeable about their work. Highly recommend.

Bad experience at all

This is a place where much was expected and almost nothing was received. I have not found such expensive fish dishes anywhere in Europe. Most of the food is made from frozen fish. Shrimps are very expensive and tasteless. Only the location of the restaurant is very convenient for those who live on the mainstreet nearest seabridge.

Everything is not as advertised

Expensive and pointless restaurant. Although it is announced that the fish is from the Baltic Sea, unfortunately we had to be disappointed. Everything we ordered was not worthy of a good and expensive restaurant. Another vita for Palanga's snobs.

Wonderful experience

The food was excellent. Very recomended place to visit. Even if you not a big fan of fish it is worth to try. Our waiter Karolis was very kind, friendly and helpful. It was busy evening but service was very attentive. Attention to small details. We will come back for sure!

This restaurant serves sea products perfectly. So ir you don't eat fish you haven't to go there. For me very tasty food prepared, friendly waiter, good atmosphere and quite music. Definitely will be back again.

When the waiters are spoiling good cousin

Good quality of cousins finally was spoiled by waiters. Sounds strange but vast majority of staff who contact with the clients directly have no elementary right approach. Looks arrogant like Nobel laureate forced to serve lunch))

Good food - chaotic experience

Ordered halibut, which was great, but had to wait for it 40 minutes. Then asked for a bill 3 times, when they came after 25 minutes and said my bill is lost and gave me the amount to pay in words - very shady at least. Needs to step up in service

Amazing place

Wonderful food. The best place to eat in the whole of Basanavicius Street. We have visited several times, but we have never been disappointed. I recommend it for those looking for great food, staff and environment. Good for children too.
