This is realy Vegan Heaven. A lot of perfect vegan and vegetarian food. Restaurant with big heart. Love it!

Horrible food& lousy service!
I ordered the Greek Salad with Tofu & it was soggy and not fresh. The Teriyaki Udon noodles with vegetables was inedible! Made with canned mushrooms and frozen beans all soaked in Teriyaki supermarket sauce. Disgusting!
The service was terrible. Very slow service, unpleasant attitude and my drinking glass was sticky on the bottom, obviously not cleaned properly. Horrible experience and Expensive! we left the food and we were gone immediately.

First things first ... This is my first ever 1 star review in all my years of using TripAdvisor. Also, my food was actually lovely and there was plenty of it, the portion sizes were massive. So was my sister's, she enjoyed it very much. The pumpkin soup was great.
However, when ordering, we struggled with the menu as my mum has a gluten allergy which we told the waiter / bald, tall gentleman / , she said she'll be happy with a portion of roast potatoes which we ordered. Then I noticed they did a seitan ceasar salad that could be made gluten free - I asked what they used instead of seitan to make it gluten free, to which the waiter said he wasn't sure. However, as he assured us it would be gluten free we ordered it. When the food arrived, we tucked in, mum had her potatoes first and then tried the salad and had a bit of the veg. I looked and although I'm not 100 percent familiar with it as I never cooked with it, the little bits in it looked suspiciously like seitan to me so I called the waiter to ask if he indeed brought us what we asked - he went to the kitchen and when he came back he confirmed it was indeed seitan which is NOT gluten free. Needless to say, this pretty much ruined my mum's day now as she has a gluten allergy. The waiter did not apologise but said he would exchange - I went after them to tell them not to bother.
We paid the bill with the other member of staff / blonde lady / - I told her I was not paying for the salad and explained what happened. She said ' well you ate some of it ' ... Mum had the lettuce mostly. She said her colleague had not worked there that long and apologised. Thanks for the apology, but that does not make my mother's stomach from bloating and her being in pain for the rest of the day. Mum wanted to leave and so did I so I paid the bill and left.. also she really, really didn't look like she cared or showed any concern. Will never visit again which is a shame as all the menu looked amazing and I enjoyed my food very much / funnily enough also seitan but prepared completely differently so I could not tell right away / . I am beyond angry as we made it very, very clear when ordering that mum was gluten free. Please, please, train your staff.
