Drop in a couple of times over the last week on my visit. The first evening was Tuesday and I was surprised it was busy but there was a good vibe. Called back last evening and there was good music and again a decent crowd but service was good so I'll be back next time I'm in Bratislava....

Long narrow basement bar, soviet posters and memorabilia cover the walls and ceiling. The beer was excellent, especially the non-filtered. The staff were efficient if not overfriendly.

Very old building. Down deep in the ground. Musty. Serve homemade wine. Didn't eat here. Smoke and non smoking sections.

Although the beer is cheap, our waitress was very rude and when we asked for 5-6 plates to split our mixed grill, she responded with an arrogant attitude "5 or 6?". We are ok with asking us how many exactly we wanted but her attitude was unacceptable!

This is a good place - a cellar type bar that serves food. It's mainly frequented by young travellers and is decent size, divided into a smoking and non-smoking section. The food was very reasonable if you choose to eat, and there are plenty of beers and even cider available. Friendly staff too. A good find.

Decoration was the best thing in this restaurant. Tried this lunch time and ate some non-slovakian style food. Maybe I recommend lunch from the lunch-list for another visitors. Food was good, service working well but still didn´t found anything why come back to eat daytime.

Great spot, cool atmosphere, great service, inexpensive and good quality food. Student specials are the best deals, even regular prices get you a great meal and cold beer for under 10eu. A must try.

I really enjoy going to this wonderful pub and on any holiday to Bratislava alway's make a beeline to here as it is a fabulous pub serving great beer in a unique atmosphere. The pub itself is located in a celler, a long narrow bar, booth seating, exposed brickwork and very interesting Soviet and Communist memorabilia plastered all over the pub.... More
