We wanted to try the local cuisine and was recommended to try the Slovak Pub. Was nearly all locals in the pub which was a good sign. Friendly staff and the food was good and tasty. Reasonably priced.

This is the best place to try some typical Slovak food. There is a big variety of meals you can try. We had a plate for two people to try more variations. We also had the garlic creamy soup in bread - classic. The pub...More

Food is yummy and reasonably priced, good traditional Slovak food. However food took very long until it was served and then not very warm. It is a huge place and you will always find a spot. Waiter was not that nice.

I suggest to take kapustnica - a traditional cabbage soup, halusky: small dumplings with sheep cheese and traditional drink kofola to make you process food better, for those who are not driving-no alcohol :)

Came here on a Sunday night. You ave to find your own table like a pub and they will eventually come give you a menu. Waiter was pretty smiley and friendly. Drinks are cheap. Menu is a bit confusing with food and drinks mixed up.

A little away from the old town, but within walking distance, we had a great lunch. Food was good and plentiful, but the venue is also worth mentioning. Strongly recommended

The place was recommended by a Slovakian friend of mine and it was the perfect choice! The place is old but has an authentic atmosphere heating with small fireplace. The servers were a little bit slow they did not like to rush however we received...More

Really good slovak food. Fantastic setting. Full on Slovak experience. Great to see local families out enjoying it too. Well priced for food and drink. Definitely reccommend it.

I came here with my wife and...oh my...what a meal. We ordered the mixed platter of typical starters, which displayed three different varieties of food, and that itself could have been enough. We also got a main course each, 2 desserts and 2 1L beer...More
