It's our first lunch in Bratislava. It's not so easy to find the restaurant. Once you come in. You'll feel comfortable and relax here. Love to eat outside. Fresh air, tasty food, especially the Hungarian soup. You should come here if you have no idea.

Went here after reading reviews on tripadvisor, its not a place you would otherwise stuple upon, but its still easy to get to, just a minute or so from Michaels Gate. I had the sheep cheese gnocchi with bacon, a local speciality, then a walnut pancake for dessert, and a couple of beers, and in total it cost 16 euro.... More

You know for the quality of food that I had at this establishment, the price was so very good. We came here as we strolled through the winding streets of old town Bratislava and were immediately sat and browsed the menu and the staff was very helpful in making recommendations for dinner. The grilled goat cheese and caramelized pear starter... More

Hidden gem in the old part of Bratislava. If you'll manage to find it, you'll get most tasty dishes, excellent service in a very cozy place inside or in the inner yard. Waiters speak English, everything is served with smile, quick and accurately. Been there several times (alone and for family dinner) - always good. DO recommend. Steaks and fish... More

Hm, it looks like this place cannot keep the consistent high level of quality. We had very good and tasty starters but the main course, local cheese with bacon, was really bad. We got some stomach issues after it.

Not that much known even by locals, this is a place that keeps high level for several years in row. Unique Old Town yard location right in the former fortification tower, traditional local kitchen (I mean not local Slovak, but really local Bratislava cuisine with influences from Hungariy and Austria), good staff.

Nice dinner after visiting the Castle. Service was friendly and polite. Food was very good but not amazing. The baked trout was the standout. The gnocchi was very strong in flavour. Definitely worth a try.

Prasna Basta delivered what we were seeking, traditional food at fair prices. While I am sure there are some nice restaurants on the main Old Bratislava streets, without doubt many are made for tourist and priced accordingly. What we found in Prasna Basta was a very pleasant staff, a very local courtyard to sit in, and many local business people... More

While this restaurant was only a few hundred meters from our hotel, we had trouble finding it using Google Maps. But we were glad we did. A varied menu, the food was delicious and service was efficient and friendly. We returned the following evening rather than try someplace else. Would definitely recommend.
