What can I say about this place to make give it justice. Amazing steaks perfectly cooked, the sides and starters were delicious and fresh. I am drooling just thinking about it. The cherry on the cake was literally the sweets. At first I thought “here are some overpriced sweets” but god I was soo wrong. Some of the best sweets I have ever tried, especially the Mango Cheesecake!! Wish I would order more stuff to try. The decor, the service the food, all perfect. Now, it’s a high end restaurant so be ready to pay a good amount but trust me, it’s more than worth it.

Excellent dining experience

Had the Ribeye steak with fries, salad as a starter. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The fries could have been a little crispier, but they too were seasoned perfectly. The salad as arugula with a bunch of cherry tomatoes--very tasty. Service was fast and friendly, and the dining room was comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were spotless. No inexpensive by a long shot, but for the location and the food quality, the price met expectations. This restaurant on the top floor. There's a seafood restaurant underneath. It's easy to confuse the two.

Very nice Place, good service and friendly staff. Menu with Info for Steaks. Choice between US, Italy and local Beef. Great Wine List. Highly Recommended Thanks for a great Dinner, we enjoyed Bratislava-come back in not too distant future

Good steak but pay of to the cooking

Triple fried chips were excellent, and the meat was of very good quality. The cooking of the meat of my kids and wife was good. But my ribeye was way too cooked: while i ordered rare, it was between medium and medium-well. Despite the overcooking, the meat was still tender which shows is very good inner quality. So the 3 as for me not properly cooking a steak in a steakhouse is not acceptable. Presentation is also very minimalist with just the steak on the plate, nothing else.

Disappointing

After a firm recommendation we dined last night. Salmon was over cooked, I sent it back and it was again over cooked. We weren’t charged for it but I expected more. The steak was OK…. No sides on the plate and expensive! Much preferred the local eateries.

Service was professional but the food underdelivered

The waiter was very professional. Not all the food was as delicious as we expected and the value for money is not balanced very ideally. The oysters were amazing, ceviche not really my style - sweet, heavy and we prefer light, citrusy ones. The seafood platter was fine although some things were missing. Hiwever we were 4 at the table and got 3 scallops there. Wouldnt hurt them to at least have 1 per person. Deserts were very good as well as the drinks. We will likely give this place one more chance, but it underdelivered.

Overcooked steak 2x

After many positive reviews we gave this place a try. NY Strip medium-rare was welldone so we returned it but even secondone this time rare steak was at least medium-well. The NY strip was without any marbeling and fat so it was also dry and more of a flank. Very disapointed.

Stuck at a table next to kitchen and treated poorly

Despite the lively atmosphere outside and in the garden room, we were marched into a dark and windowless cavern outside the kitchen. The staff was surly and rude and the food is just mediocre. Just a drab and rude dining experience with forgettable food. I would keep on walking by and not waste money and calories here. No go

Rude, angree waiter.

Took a seat and asked something to drink, just to start from, but the waiter in a rude, angree manner took a menu away from me, saying this is a steakhouse and ran away not even giving a chance to explain, leaving a bitter feeling and obviously giving a bad name to the place he is working in. This experience reminded me the waiter's attitudes during the time of socialism and sovjet occupation.

A must for steak lovers

WOW.. we passed this Argentinian Steakhouse over the passed couple of days and saw no other steak restaurant to tempt me and decided to go for it... We shared the steak tartare starter and it was so delicious and complimented our wine.... enough for two as you get the most delicious bread given before you order... We then went for the main course .... my wife went for the ribeye and I went for the fillet and our tastebuds could not believe how succulent these cuts of meat were.... I am 60 year old and eaten enough steak to own a heard of cows but this meat was up there in the top 5.... sorry top 3 it was amazing... €130 for 2 and was cheap for such quality... a must for all meat eaters who visit Bratislava 👍

Great steak

Great food,good beer, easy to find, great service, was a little more expensive than El Gaucho but ten times better, €90 for 2 of us including drinks, really worth the money, some excellent cuts on the menu, would definately return.

Absolutely worth a visit. Had the best steak in months at this restaurant. Very good selection of different types of meat and don’t forget the excellent selection of wines. Definitely going back here!

Best cigar lounge in Bratislava,after our perfect dinner in D.steak house they offer us to have our dessert inside the chivas prestige lounge it’s located inside the D.steak house we had the chance to try a great selection of rum and Cognac ,cherry on the top of the tart was the big selection of vintage and rare cigars we didn’t know that there is a cigar lounge there ,we had Romeo Y Julieta Wide Churchills Gran Reserva which is hard to get worldwide and we had the chance to try buy it by single ,while those cigars you can only buy it in boxes and it’s that rare that you can’t find it,the price was very responsible ,they offer over 40 kinds of rum and Cognac a highly recommended for steak cigars rum & Cognac lovers in one place,just say the magic word D.Steak house. Definitely will be back .
