My lovely wife and I popped into Bratislavský Meštiansky for a quick beer and a snack early one evening. It's a little walk from the historic centre but is popular with locals so it was very busy when we visited. I tried one of their...dark beers and my wife had a typical Slovak lager. Both were good but I expected them to have more of their own brews on tap... though to be fair they did have a few beers from other breweries available. We also had some pickled camembert which was good. Worth a visit.More

We had checked this place out on the internet prior to our weekend in Bratislava. When we arrived we weren't disappointed. A member of staff showed us to our table. We ordered the beer as brewed on site. Lovely, we both tried some and had...no complaints. I ended up having 3 beers! I had the sausage to start, which was really nice and spicey. My wife had the belly pork, which she seemed to enjoy as it went quite quickly. Main course was chicken with potato dumplings. Too many dumplings for us both but tasty. All in all a nice way to start the weekend. The walk back to the old town is nice and not too far.More

No need whatsoever to take care of the guests. Dirty tables with lots of dishes. We sat there for 20 min and no one came to clean the table or to take an order. And it was not full. For Saturday night a real disappointment....Never ever.More

We are really sorry about your unpleasant visit at our restaurant. As the owner of the venue I am not pleased to hear that something like this happens. If you could be so kind, we would like to investigate this matter further with your help....More

We wound up here almost every night when we visited Bratislava. It was around the corner from the hotel and the food and drinks were great!

We went here after being recommended by a local, excellent food very reasonably price and great beer. English menu was available and it catered for those who were gluten free, would highly recommend

Located in the city centre, best place to get typical slovak (and other) food! Also for locals who love this place, great quality and choice and affordable prices, certainly not overpriced. For families, friends, drinks but mainly lunches and dinners, for typical slovak food try duck,...strudel, garlic soup in bread, sulance, lokša, beef tartar, bean soup...you'll have a hard choice Located in city centre right next to Námestie SNP - Stará Tržnica (Old market hall) close to Obchodna street and located on Kamenne Námestie.More

We visiteed this place on 1.11 and it was open, even though it was national holiday. The place was quite full but we found our seats. They have a lot of meat options + also some vegeterian ones, even some fish and really good home...brewed beer. I ate ribs and they were delicious. The prices are normal and the service is nice. They offer english menu for non slovaks ;)More

This place has both good on-site brewed beer and good food. I recommend the ribs or the schnitzel. Service is OK, too, although could be a little friendlier at times.

almost across the street from the Hotel Danubia is a micro brewery/restaurant. The facility is attractive, food very good (Slovak cuisine) and a limited selection of onsite made beers. Great choice. Everyone was happy. One member of group felt his mash potatoes were the best...he'd ever eaten.More

I would like to help you but I really don't know. I would suggest to call the restaurant and ask.
