Arrived Saturday at 18:30. Nice thin pizza, with proper quantity of toppings, very decent preparation time, good service. Seating area good as well with not too loud pop music.

Fantastic value, delicious food

Came here with my fiancée in November, fancied a pizza and saw this place on TripAdvisor and decided to try it as it was close to our hotel. It’s a terrific place for a pizza. We had 2 huge pizzas, a large beer and large glass of wine for just €16! Food was really good and the waitress that served us was very friendly. Place doesn’t look much from the outside but give it a go

Excellent food and friendly staff

Went here after a long day sightseeing. Doesn't look much from outside but waitress is exceptionally lovely and food really good. The wine is excellent and went down very easily. All good value for money. Dessert also delicious. It was so good and near the station and our apartment so we went there again after a day trip to Vienna on the train. Highly recommended 😊

Lovely little find

This restaurant looks nothing from the outside but is much better inside. The choice of food is great, the service very friendly. The pizza menu is extensive (over 25 pizzas to choose from ranging from €5-8) The food was hot, well cooked and delicious (a lot of Slovakian food seems to be served luke warm!) Would definitely recommend.

Polite but unfair approach

We ordered 100 percent orange juice. What we got was a sweetened orange beverage (51 percent). We said we would not drink the juice and the waiter seemed not to notice this and just went away. When paying, they just said they cannot do anything, that the price is already in the computer. I consider this not quite fair.

First time in Bratislava

Yesterday I was with my fiance in the pizzeria and the pizza was a good one. The waitress was nice, and I learned something on Slovakia. Price was ok- pizza + cola+ 🍺 =10€ with 40 ¢ tip

Big tasty pizza

We were staying at the hostel Freddie 5 mins away and had heard good reviews about Pizzeria Metropol. It doesn't look much from the outside but is nicer inside. It has both a smoking and non smoking section which was good, and a few locals inside. Service was fine and we had lovely Calzone and Diavalo pizzas. Svijany beer too. Two big pizzas and four beers later we were full for just under €20

Very good pizza

We slept nearby and we asked in the reception about some good pizza. We were told that Metropol is one of the best in the town. When we saw this płace we thought it was joke. But it wasn't. Pizzas were great. We took several kinds - salami, ham and champignons, Hawaian, but the best was Diabola - very spicy :)

Best pizza in bratislava!

Spotted this pizza place by chance whilst driving by on a bus in the city. 2 really large pizzas and 2 cokes €18 really good value, the large pizzas are massive! Even gave me a pizza box to take my pizza back to my hotel. The service was great made to feel really welcome. Would recommend when visiting Bratislava. 5**

Good place/good price nice people

Walked past this restaurant a couple of times from our hotel to the city, not sure what to expect. Went to the restaurant on a rainy night because it was close. What a surprise! Nice and clean restaurant, very nice staff and really good pizza's for a very good price. I would reccomend this place to anyone.

Excellent pizzas

Was really surprised at this place as we had walked past several times from our hotel and not really noticed it. Did a search on Tripadvisor for restaurants close to our hotel and this came up. The pizzas were excellent and great value. 2 very good sized pizzas and 2 beers for around 15 euros. Would definitely recommend the place. Just a shame we only found it on our last night in Bratislava!
