Horrible experience. The staff scammed us by overcharging excessively. Also, I ordered rum but got something very different liquor - might have been homemade alcohol. The bartender denied any claims from our side, but could not pick out which bottle of rum he had JUST...served us with. Super sketchy. Dont go.More

Do you want to be robbed and get a drink at the same time? ..Just go to Havana and waiters will wait for you ... Prices unacceptable... one tequila shot cost 9.60 .. Remember this is just Bratislava not NYC

Popped in here a few times as it had cracking cocktails, fantastic live singer, pretty cheap, the best menu and such a lively vibe it made people get up and dance

We sat outside and enjoyed a cocktail as it was mid week and faulty quiet inside. Situated right in the middle of the old town, next to St Michael gate. This time we had no issues with the service. Drinks not the cheapest but average...for a bar in this locationMore

The music was really good and the dj veeery nice guy but I can't tell the same about the bartenders. One in particular was extremely rude and impolite. We dind't want to tip him (because he did nothing) and he gave us the money back...in cash of 1 and 2 cents. Next time we wanted to order he told his colleages not to serves us and none did.More

We visited here a few years age and returned as the music and atmosphere is good. However, when my partner moved a chair from a table that had a reserved sign on so we could both sit at the bar together, a staff member who...did not work behind the bar shouted and was aggressive at my partner and told her to out the chair back. She said that when the people arrived who reserved the table, we would put the chair back. At the time of this outburst from this staff member, I was in the w/c and if I had off heard this, I would have told the staff member where to go and to wind his neck in. There needs to be some customer service training and this staff member needs to learn some respect and manners towards customers (the people who pay his wages) Incidentally, the people on the reserved table never even showed up. Management response??More

Really nice atmosphere with a bunch of different Rum from different locations. The personal is really nice and for the capacity if the place also quick, if you like carribean music and dance it´s a nice place to go. I really liked the option to...be able to taste 4 different rum´s on one plate. I would recommend.More
