I have been there with some colleagues for job purpose. I tasted the liver soup and a knuckle. Both were tasty and well cooked. 2 liters of good German pils beers have completed the meal. To suggest to whom loves german kitchen!
Living in Germany I was afraid to visit a "Paulaner" in Hungary. But our friends wanted to meet there.
The service and food was quite good, the menu is available in Hungarian, German and English.
The only disappointment: their Kaiserschmarrn is the typical one what...you get all over the world, not the real thing...
Still a nice place to dine & talk with friends/family!More
Got together with new friends for a gathering of food and friendship.
Within an easy walking distance of where we were staying and the downtown area.
Food was tasty and portions on the immense side. Main dishes certainly big enough to share for two if...you’ve had a starter. Pricing affordable.
Style and decor was quirky but added to the ambiance of the place.
English menu available. The waiter were polite but not friendly and we had to request service. There was no preemptive or proactive service offerings. At checkout they refused to split the bill and pay with 2 credit cards, which seemed a bit odd!More
A full plate of mixed grill arrived. Soggy French fries, rice, poorly fried bacon, poorly fried ham, ok fried sossages, grilled cheese and some thin slice of chicken.
But the salad was grand. Crisp and tasty.
