What a shame...nice place, quality coffee & tea, perfect location BUT the servers are incapable to show any customer-centricity, they rather chit-chat with each other about their private life than to look into the customers' eyes and God forbid SMILE to the customers. Oh, and...if there's a worldwide pandemic and you are preparing my coffee please WEAR THE MASK to cover your nose AND mouth!!! Change the waitresses, or try to educate them.More

I like the coffee selection, the tastes are special, however, I tend to give up trying to find a free table to sit, the place is overcrowded most times. If you look for a coffee shop in rush hours, you will need to forget this...one, unfortunately.More

A visit in the midday rush hours during tourist events is usually a bad idea... Still, we've dropped by for coffees. A very wide selection is available, with an effective self service system. However, the received drinks were quite average in quality and looked so...different from the depicted ones on the menu as a McDonalds burger in your regular burger bar. The baristas looked and acted overworked, too. Lots of room for improvement.More

Pleasant, real gourmets, friends of coffee. Some cakes, but both fresh and lots of very fine and special coffee. You have to come back many times to taste all of them.

I read some other reviews, and I dont understand, Some people complain that you have to order at the counter. Have they ever been in Starbucks? :) Its not a restaurant, it is a coffee bar. For that it is absolutely OK.

A Hungarian cafe chain offering very wild variety of coffees, branded them by countries. If you do not know hard to choose. You will not regret going with any of the Italian espressos. Take care you have to order at the counter.

No service, too much of a coffee selection I have no idea how the staff keeps up with their own menu and the cafe really is just another normal cafe. The only good thing I could say about it was that my cappuccino was good.

Enterior and the outside look promising. Its a trap. Only 1 member of the staff speaks english. You dont get a glass of water with your piece of cake. Absolutelly 0 options for people with food alergies.

One of a chain of Hungarian coffee houses that feature an unnecessarily complex menu of coffee and tea choices, complete with rather dubious facts, in a little booklet. Having figured out the menu you must go to the counter to order. Garish wallpaper. Better choices...nearby.More

We were there on a Saturday evening from 19.40-20.50, we had a comfortable place as there were 3-4 other couple only in the complete place. My wife ordered an arabic coffe and she was very satisfied, her drink was looking good. I ordered a limonade...and a green tea with jasmine. Both were terrible. Limonade was a blueberry with still water and some spice, which sounds interesting, but the taste for me wasn't good. For tea I got 2dl hot water+in a screen the tea. The qty of leafs were enough for 1 liter of water, so it became so strong within 2 mins like a coffe. I ordered an additional honey, and what I got is negligable. (See my picture) 1 package of small cristallized honey bag was cut to half for 50Ft overcost. This is a shame. I did not get spoon for my tea, and due to this honey-joke, I had to ask sugar. Hoewever the staff is trying to be nice, so they are improving their service based on the feedbacks here, the actual level is still not at the recommended level, especially if we take into account the price.More
