About
A taste of Mexico in the heart of Hungary. We look forward to meeting you and becoming a habit for you and your family. Not just burritos, tacos and quesadillas, we also have a full steak selection, the best chili in Hungary and delicious baby back ribs. Or if your not that hungry, relax with our trademark margarita. This is our third restaurant, but first one in Europe. We created and ran two restaurants in Mexico for over 10 years and decided to bring what we learned to your town :-) See you soon!

I'm from Texas, so that is the basis of my judgment that Dos Puertas could do very well anywhere in Texas. The owners have a very interesting back story, with experience in the restaurant business in Mexico, and they are absolutely delightful people. The food is incredibly authentic and well-prepared/presented. Be sure and try some of the Geszler wine that is from a nearby winery in Mor, just a few KM away.

Super delicious, authentic Mexican....in Hungary of all places! Shrimp tacos were amazing. Super fresh and super tasty. Sour cream was a nice touch on the side, as was the guacamole. Great decor, attentive, friendly service also. Highly recommended, and will be back, and only 40 minutes by express train from Budapest, so Székesfehérvár for a lovely day trip and some awesome Mexican for lunch or dinner is easily managed.

The place is in the city center, we took a Blackened chicken mango chipotle Burrito and a Chicken Quesadilla with Sweet potato fries as side dish.
Everything was amazing, a real surprise!

The food was good,but we had waited for more than an hour for the food.

The place is very nice, but the staff is much nicer. Food was delicious! Blackened mango chicken os a must to try, and the maracuja margaritas!

We have been dining hear for several times during the last 6 months.
I would not recommend the steak, but apart from that, the whole menu of burritos / tacos / fajitas / quesadillas is excellent!
Also they have one of the best hot sauce selection that I have ever seen in Hungary.

After we received the meal we ordered we had a question if the cook has ever seen Mexican food. The chicken fajitas was terrible. Dry overcooked meet, tiny portion of guacamole, beans. etc. Dry, hard cold, tortilla. Other plates were similar.
The restaurant is quite expensive. We have not received value for the price.

This Mexican themed restaurant is a very high standard authentic restaurant in down town Szekes. Great staff, great fun, live music, which is always a plus. Excellent place to be

Great atmosphere, food and drinks. Service was great, owners spoke to us and made us feel welcome. Server suggest a new menu item, ribs, and they were very good. Some reviews suggested burritos, and they did not disappoint.

I visited this place several time this year (with friends and family also) and it became one of my bests in town. The food is really delicious, the place is nice and clean, the waiters/waitresses are nice and the owners, my god, sooo nice and professional. This week we held a team event there and run accidently into a Harry Potter themed evening (31st Oct), my hearth was melting, I'm a huge Potter fan.

This place was recommended to us by some friends who know good Mexican food. So four of us decided to take the 90 minute ride to Szekesfehervar on a Friday for dinner there. We read the reviews on TA as well. We can all confirm that their high ratings are very well deserved! We had the jalepeno poppers and chips and guacamole to start with as well as a classic margarita. Right from the start we were off to a great meal! We had the blackened chicken mango nachos, blackened chicken mango burrito and the vegetarian burrito. These dishes all had such great flavor and authentic Mexican taste and quality. We met Klara who owns the place with her husband Chad. She was fun to talk with and told us about their journey leading up to this place in Hungary. Great people with a great restaurant. Take the time to stop here if you want some great Mexican food you will not be disappointed for doing it!

First time in this place. I have tried the blackened chicken burrito. It was well seasoned and delicious. The service was good as well.
