We jumped in for a hot dog after party. It has the feeling of the American Diners seen in movies. Staff was bored or annoyed by us, I don't know, but it was clear they wanted us to go away as soon as possible. We...were served quickly. Both of us ate the classic hot dog with fries. Actually my friend wanted it without fries, but it was not possible. She was told it's with fries and that's it. The bun was dry and it fell apart when I tried to hold it. So we had to use forks and knifes... It wasn't bad by the way and staff was not rude. We just simply felt that they had enough from that day. We arrived around 2:30 at night and I suppose night shift at a non-stop diner is tiring. Anyways it's a nice place with the feeling and the food was not bad, just needed more care. Oh, and I missed the pie from the menu XDMore

We had a very poor experiance when visiting the restaurant. At 13:00 they still served the breakfast menu.

Me and my girlfriend have asked for a cheese and bacon hot dog with french fries. The bun was dry and definitely from the nearest super market, the french fries was dry, cold and definitely not fresh. You can’t easily resist the shiny looking place...but trust me it’s a massive skipMore

Took more than 1 hour for our food to arrive. Beer was warm, Burger was cold and partly frozen. Used to come here for the last few years - unfortunately service and quality went down each year. Very disappointing! McDonalds Burger would have been a...much better choice...More

It took them 75 minutes to serve our food in a relatively empty restaurant. It was cold on arrival and the cheese on the burgers was added on the last possible moment. The food itself was rancid and not worth the time.

I ordered double cheese burger – they call it brutal burger. They were missing a lot of ingredients. They did the burger without tomato, cheese and bacon which should be inside according to menu. I told it to waiter and his reaction was really funny....He brought the plate with missing ingredients after 5 minutes. It contained unbaked bacon, tomato and chemical cheese with unnatural yellow color which has melting point at ambient temperature. So it melted after I put it on meat. The next terrible thing was dressing absence. There was only small amount of ketchup. On the other hand, they had really tasty juice from fresh fruit. But it is not enough when you want to enjoy delicious hamburger. The service was substandard. Poor communication and no smile in face. The payment with debit card was annoying for them. I also didn’t received the bill after payment. In my point of view, if you are thirsty, you can find here tasty homemade lemonade but the food was very disgusting.More

The worst restaurant i Ever visited!!!!! Everything was horrible..... Servis,food.....they made mistakes with drink,soup,without any apologize,we waited for drinks almost 20 minutes,for food 40 min.and brought wrong order.... The burger was dry as a fu*k And hot dog???? Cold bread,Cold meat,and Cold cheese which was...Just put on IT...... And even we ask for pay separetely,they brought one Bill And He hit The table and was absolutly angry..... And they Have 10% included for servis..... Interior was nice and typically American restaurant. We were here for first time, but the last time. We had 2 burgers, an average tasty, "green-tea- lemonade"- very sweet. Beer- okay. 4 hours later... GIT infection. We were eating only here but it was disaster. I...do not recommend! Never more!More

With a group of 5 we went to this American restaurant. The interior looks nice but that's the only positive thing I could say about the whole experience. The food is awful and way overpriced. I ordered a higher priced burger and a mushroom sandwich....The sandwich tasted like rubber, no taste to it whatsoever. The burger was okay, a famous fast-food chain with the letter M would provide almost the same burger. The waiting time was very long, we were there at a normal time (8pm) and it wasn't that busy because of bad weather. We had to wait for our dishes for more than an hour. When we notified the staff that the food was very bad we got a very neutral response. Like they knew that what they serve is rubbish but they just don't care. My friend noticed that all customers inside the restaurant looked kindof grumpy and sad. I think they all shared our opinion about the service, food and waiting time. There were unfortunately no pictures taken of the food. I was very disappointed by this restaurant and one thing I learned from this is: avoid restaurant with more lights than the eiffel tower. The more lights the exterior has, the more rubbish is the food.More

I really wanted to like this place. The design is styled after an American classic dinner. If you want a quick breakfast, their eggs with cheese or bacon are ok. Please do not eat the eggs in a wrap, the taste wasn't good. Other than...the mentioned please avoid this place. The burger's we had the other day, were really bad. The patty was just a mess of salty meat bits. We ate the burgers, because we were hungry, but the overall taste and the ingredients made up for a subpar experience when combined. The staff is friendly and quick. We waited 40min for 3 burgers, that weren't up to expectations. None of us went away satisfied with the experience. After this we never ate here again. I do not recommend to eat here, do not let the looks fool you.More
