Had a very enjoyable visit. Staff very friendly and lovely location. Good Hungarian wines selection. Would choose other than fish selection platter again as was a little oily for us but overall good food, great service and lovely location
Excellent all around experience! The best thing we tried was the grilled catfish OMG like butter! I had a traditional beef stew which was tender and delicious. My son had fried fish which was locally sourced but hubby had fish soup and classic cottage cheese...pasta! Yummy!More
We just happened to be in Miskolc. We were positively surprised. Both service and food were superior. Prices are reasonable and there is a lot of parking places nearby.
Got here by accident, what a nice surprise! Exceptionally delicious meals, friendly staff, peaceful place, just perfect for my taste.
Food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the place itself is lovely. I would definitely recommend, although prices are quite high (worth it).
My family and I try the restaurant after a great day in miskolctapolca cave bath. The food was really bad. The potato chips cold, the "steak" was absolutely disgusting and unbeatable and not sirloin. Really dry and even with a sharp knife it was so...hard cutting was impossible. The sane goes with the dear dish. The meat was overcooked. The part of it that was tender were really good but most of it was dry. The sauce and vermicelli pasta were adequate but I would rather prefer other pasta like linguini. The stuffed fried chicken fillet was eatable but not more. Dry and not hot. Verry disappointing. The waiter and service was great. The bill reduced and not included the dismal dishes but again we don't mind to pay for good foodMore

Cozy restaurant that slowly filled from 1 p.m. (opened at 12). Kitchen has potential, but: - Noodles leavening good in taste, but lukewarm to cold and cooked completely soft. - The meat quality of the goulash was mediocre. I would have accepted that, but meat...and gravy were way too mild. - Rhe waiter was actually very friendly. But overwhelmed at a total of three occupied tables. I'll give the restaurant another chance within the next few days. Today's review three stars at maximum and only by the skin of one's teeth. What a shame!More
Food is honest, tasty and truly Hungarian. Excellent fish soup (halászlé)! The dish is part of the national heritage, especially around Christmas time. This place definitely knows how to make it well, so totally recommend. There is a range of different types, so ask your...waiter for advice (e.g. which one has no bones etc.). For main, I had a traditional vegyes halpaprikás (something like chicken paprikash but made of local fish) with túrós csusza (noodles with savoury mild fresh cheese). It was also very tasty and I can only recommend this. My girlfriend had some honey-roast pork with potatoes. I thought the dish had too much honey in it, so this could improve, however she liked it together with the potatoes. The area is quiet and friendly, the restaurant is cozy and service is polite and kind.More
Mi barátokkal voltunk itt a hétvégén az ételek nagyon finomak voltak Budapestről érkeztünk és ha hasonlítani lehet akkor kicsi Náncsi néni! ;) A felszolgáló kedves türelmes pedig volt velünk probléma! 3napon keresztül 6 különböző helyen ebédeltünk és vacsoráztunk de a környéken ez volt a legjobb...magasan! Csak ajánlani tudjuk ha arra járunk mi biztos visszatérünk! We been there at the last weekend with friends amazing foods! I can say foodporn! Actually here you can find Hungarian food! Very friendly service, great meals, wide variety. Nice view of garden. Handwritten unofficial bill might be a surprise for the owner.
We loved our lunch here. Sebastian our waiter had amazing customer service!! He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. Beautiful Tokaji white wine, and our food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back.
The terrace is very confy, you feel like at home. The food is really good, I recomend it 100%. The cold peach soup is perfect for summer and the mix Anna for 2 persons is enough for 3 persons. Recommend!
A big big mistake to take halaszle and the main course. Halaszle is quite big portion, but it is awesome. It is made od so fresh catfish and it is so delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. *****
I went to this restaurant because I saw so many good references, so I came with a friend and her children. First at all the red bikever wine wasn’t good at all, it was spoiled, maybe something wrong with it, then food took so long...time. But finally we got the food. Meat and fried chicken were good but nothing extraordinary. Rice on it, it was like gum. Definitely next time I’ll visit another restaurant.
