We spent a very enjoyable evening at this restaurant. The scenery is beautiful. Robert, our waiter, was very funny and very helpful with choosing very typical dishes. The food was good however I did not like the poppy seed and strawberry dessert. The Hungarian white wine was very sweet and not recommended. **Please note that you cannot drink and drive... More

Amazing view, friendly waiters speaking more languages, good beer, tasty food. What more do you need? And it's not a bad idea to make a reservation because it's a busy place.

This was our last meal of our Hungary holiday. The setting, inside and out was brilliant - a sense of Hungarian countryside but within walking distance of the centre of Heviz. All 5 of us really enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. I had the deer ragout - meat was tender, sauce rich and the peach and cranberry... More

Our expectations for the meal was high. The high-point of the place is its location on a hill side overlooking vineyards. The meals we had were a great disappointment. I had the one person grill plate with steak, pork flank, chicken and a tiny sausage, The sausage was the best, followed by a mediocre seared chicken, underseasoned pork, and you... More

It was so good we went twice in the evening over 3 days. Staff is really friendly, efficient but casual. They can speak either German or English. Children are welcome with an outdoor area with swings and a little slide. Great view. The food is excellent as well as the wine. Shame we did not stay long enough to sample... More

My girlfriend and I were here twice. The service was polite and wonderful, the food was very delicious and the view was fabulous at sunset.

The restaurant is situated on a slope amidst vineyards a 20 minute walk outside the town center. You can also drive to a parking lot not too far away. My wife and I were here two years before and enjoyed returning this June even more. We had a table outside with a spectacular view. The waiters were very helpful and... More
