Cozy and nice restaurants, kind waitresses, delicious food in the very center of the Esztergom city. Must try!

We arrived with two tiny kids, waited in the queue as we wanted to choose our cake. The waitress was pretty unpolite and sent us to a table even we were ready to order. You can't order at the till, if you'd like to eat...in. After this we had to wait a couple more minutes to order, however nobody arrived after us and the place was almost empty. I had a Dobos cake, what was really bad quality, the cream wasn't made with the real chocolatey cream. No soy milk or other milk alternatives are available, and my coffee was made with UHT milk, not fresh. Both the cakes and coffee was overpriced, arrived after a good 10 mins waiting. The only good thing was the small playground in the back. Sadly I can't recommend it. I can't belive it's part of the famous Szamos.More

We just wanted to try the Orszag Tortaja 2017 selection with a cup of coffee. We asked for having their Esztergom Coffee with extra vanilla milk so to have it as a latte.... they brought two mini jug of milk and the small cup with...the espresso. So clever... The cakes are ok, but the 2016 winner is just better. They also forgot to give us water, our neighbors got even though they didn't have coffee. So the service is to be improved, it was not even friendly. We payed 3 thousand HUF for this, overpriced.More

Esztergom Coffe is the best with original Hungarian desserts. Food/drink quality is good but the stuff is very inpolite. :(

Very hospitable atmosphere, good service. The cakes are fresh and delicious, and the coffee also excelent. Prices in line with Hungarian ones, although it still beats me that a cup of coffee can cost more than a slice of great cake. If you pay in...Euros, the conversion rate will be quite bad.More
