I've had a lot opportunity to dine in Kashmir. Finest Indian cuisine, my fav is spinach with homemade cheese (saag paneer). Their parfait dessert is sublime.

We went in a group with prior reservation. To our surprise it was closed for other customers (it's a small restaurant) The menu was limited but it was good mix of veg and non veg. The taste was like home food with excellent hospitality
