Even though the food tasted good a friend found a peace of a plate in her food and the service was not really polite. It was not possible to split the bill when we werw 8 people and they charge extra 10% for service.More

We had a lovely meal here, that was excellent value. Starters, mains, beer and a dessert for less than €40. The hummus/chicken liver were excellent starters. I had the veggie main, which was incredible, and my husband had the lamb kebabs, which he said were...More

Fast service, tasty food and an enjoyable meal with a pianist playing in the corner. Great location close to the ruin bars.

Dear „Francesco T”, I’m sorry that You couldn’t get a table but Spinoza was really full because of the Klezmer Concert, week-end, live piano music…etc. Regarding about the rudeness, we never make fun of our guests because we’re committed member of the quality tourism in...More

Good location, but compared to many restaurants nearby, it’s quality of meals and presentation is very average. The restaurant is charming and has live piano (don’t have high expectations though!), and its service matches the food quality. The cuisine is very Hungarian with lots of...More

I love this place, particularly on Friday dinner. Roast goose with all the fixings is fantastic! If you are lucky they are playing klezmer music. I never had a bad meal and, in fact, every meal was superior.

Spinoza Restaurant is in the heart of Budapest, in the middle the old Jewish quarter, very closed to the great Synagogue and not far from the Opera and also from the „Budapest Broadway”. In a few minutes walk can be reached from the main metro-stations (Astoria & Deak Ferenc ter). Parking is available at „EZ Park” within 50 m at the Hollo street for a bit of supplement. Our „art-deco” cafe serves international and Hungarian meals at moderate prices. Every evening we’re featuring live piano entertainmentand and there is klezmer concert on every Friday from 7pm with traditional Hungarian Jewish food.
