Great food a lovely mix of Jewish and Hungarian food . Staff very friendly and attentive. This restaurant had a great atmosphere and was very very busy with locals, which is always a good sign. My Goulash was amazing and my wife's shnitzel was so...fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend.More

Me and wife stopped here in April, nice setting, we ate outside. Had some guys stop buy asking for money and they were rude, not the Restaurants fault. Staff was very good. Wife had the Salmon which was wonderful. i wanted to try the Goose...Breast which i have never had, it was tough and chewy and did not like the taste. I was not able to finish it but ate the Salmon instead. The Flódni with plum sauce (traditional 3 layered Jewish cake ) was AMAZING..More

We chanced going to Spinoza on a cold December evening and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere - complete with piano performances - and general customer service is lovely! We tried lots of the menu being a vegetarian and meat eater. They had both of us...covered for 3 courses and the waitress was great for local food recommendations. Would suggest this as an authentic dinner option for anyone visiting Budapest!More

Excellent!!!! We stumbled across Spinoza by accident. We stopped because they had a piano player playing lovely music. We initially wanted to enjoy the music over a couple of drinks. We decided to bite the bullet and order a meal. The food was incredible. The...wine pairing was perfect. The prices for the quality are reasonable. Best of all, is the service.More

We stumbled into Spinoza out of the rain and were delighted to have some beautiful piano music playing in the background whilst we ate very nice traditional Hungarian food and enjoyed good wine. Very reasonably priced and attentive service .. thank you 😊

The food was amazing, the Gulash is to die for. We got different plates to share and they were very accommodating (they got us one plate for each of us even changing those in between dishes). Great ambience! With live piano music and amazing staff....Definitely recommend.More

Nice place, good food. There's a pianist playing and the goulash is extraordinary. Book your table because it can be quite crowded.

I’m so glad we came across the restaurant when searching online. We were looking for somewhere with a mix of Hungarian and international options, looking online at the menu this seemed promising. The decor and atmosphere was so warm and inviting, we really felt welcome....The live pianist was a lovely addition. From the menu we opted for the Chicken Paprikash and Roasted Norwegian Salmon Fillet. Both were excellent. There was a fresh dessert cabinet, my husband made a beeline for the Tiramisu and from the menu I ordered the Somlói Galuska. They were to die for. The restaurant’s menu mentions that they use their grandmothers’ recipes - you can tell they craft their dishes with care. We left with our hearts and stomachs very full!More
