I have found that bakery and bustro on Tripadvidor and we were nicely surprised by the lovely danish and croissants and hread we have had. The bistro was crowded and we had to wait 20 min outside which mean - there is a great stuff...inside 👌. Thanks for nice experienceMore

Nice place with amazing pastry! Very warm place with waiters always with a smile. You have a lot of traditional pastry, we ask for some traditional sweet and try the Aranygaluska which was like a sweet bread cake with vanilla cream inside. Highly recommend this...place, very good to have breakfast. Try to arrive soon as possible, at 10am they start to have queue lines.More

Delicious sandwiches, breads and mouthwatering pastries, nice and helpful personnel, but take the risk of waiting in the long line in front of the shop.

We just arrived in Budapest for the first time, it’s lunch time, we are hungry. We see this small bakery with a queue outside and we thought this must be a good place. And we were right! Nicely prepared healthy food, served with much kindness...from the personnel. This was a real great start and warm welcome in Budapest!More

This AWARD WINNING incredible bakery is likely the best bakery in the city if you like fresh made French style flaky pastries. Their selection is wide and the flavors are sublime. It is a busy place so you might end up in line if you...don’t hit it at the right time. But it’s always worth the wait whether you are eating there or a carry out. Most of the staff speaks some English. They also have nice teas, coffees, and some bottled beverages under the counter. Their prices are reasonable for very high quality products.More

I have enjoyed the flavor, taste , aroma of a way shorter range of products four years ago. ‘M really happy to see the business not just survived but grew. Number of products increased with no compromise on quality. Only coffee was poor four years...ago, now it’s certainly the best I’ve tried here in Budapest( having 4 to 5 coffees a day each one in a different place,..) No trace of rudeness or unprofessional attitude on front of the house, but but despite the stress caused by the crowd on both side of the counter I have been greeted and served at least as good as I do to my customers in my own bakery, caffe in Jensen Beach , Florida. Congratulations and Best regards to every team member who make’s it happen each on every day!More

A little gem in Budapest. The bread is freshly baked - probably the best sourdough I ‘ve tried. We recommend trying out the sandwiches which come in a variety of cheeses / cold cuts.

We couldn't believe what we were hearing! The barista followed a customer outside and started swearing at him about leaving the door open! We won't return, no way!

Lovely pastries and coffee, however we will never go back due to rude staff who followed my boyfriend out of the door and asked him why can't he shut the f*cking door. My boyfriend thought I was right behind him when he exited, so he...didn't shut the door right behind him. But nevertheless, not the way how a staff member should talk to their customers. Very appaling behavior.More

The food is good there is no denying that, fresh and very tasty. However, I was followed out of Artizan Budapest by a male member of staff who exclaimed, “Oi, why don’t you shut the f**king door?” At the time I thought my partner was...behind me and didn’t realise he had stopped to view the food in the cabinets. The member of staff right throughout our visit had been giving us evil eyes that echoed on the verge of being homophobic, and his outburst outside did not surprise me. I asked to speak to a manager but only another member of staff came forward and apologised on his behalf. So I would say, if you do go there, make sure you are not gay and ensure you close the door behind you as it does not close itself as most do. Terrible appalling attitudes from staff.More

Wonderful bakery. Literally whatever you choose will surely be fantastic. Definitely worth to wait the queue, even travel from the other side of the city.
