I tried a classic pork Kolbice - some of the best sausages I have ever enjoyed in Europe. The staff was polite, the food was a bit overpriced though.

Apostrophed az hungarian sausages, but the real hungarian ones are like one foot long. Had to eat like 2 ones (for me).

If you are around the market, many of the places around the top floor are perfect to enjoy a hungarian meal. We asked for gulash, delicious tasty soup with meat, but there are plenty options. It's nice to share your table and meal with other people and take a rest of the shopping.

This was in the city market. Would not allow us to use their table if we also had some food from another vendor. I offered to purchase additional food from them and the lady was extremely rude and shooed us away. Terrible-awful treatment of guests. The nasty lady is in this photo. Shame on them.

I was at the central market looking for vegetarian options. This was one of the few stalls I found with possibilities. I ordered tomato and basil rice for 2500 HUF (about US $9). The rice was uncooked. Like it was q It was very unfortunate because the spicing and taste was good. Had the rice been cooked properly, it would still have been very expensive for what it was.

The concept could be grat, but the execution was quite bad.
The sausages were poorly made, it was like chewing some rubber. I didn't really get any cheese sauce on that.

We came to the top floor of the market hall searching for food to eat and stumble upon this store. The bread is fresh, sausage was delicious. To top it all the service was excellent, the staff is polite and fluent in English. Would definitely recommend this
