They offer fully loaded sandwiches of every variety. They have burgers made with steak, Cubano, Thai chicken, salmon, goat cheese, etc. Their Cubano was fantastic, the Thai chicken was not so great. The menu is good value with the fries and the drink.

I have been charged double the price of the ordered food and drinks. I have been charged 3450 HUF instead of the real price of 2390 HUF.

Even if the burger were not actually beef burger but a steak or chicked breast or vegetterian, they were very tasty. with sweet potato for side plate.

I have tasted their HUMUSZ & GOMBA supposedly containing: Home-made hummus, sautéd mushrooms, harissa, lettuce and tomatoes What I got was some desiccated hummus, and a whole lot of Erős Pista in a dried out bun. AWFUL, never ever

Had a bad experience in another burger joint up the street, waited ages for nothing. So I was hungry like a wolf when I got here. Expected to wait a while as they were quite busy, but after 10 mins I got my order to...take home. Everything happens for a reason and I was praising my luck at not getting serviced by the other restaurant, because this was by far the best burger I have had in Europe. Only beaten by the legendary Ferg Burger in Queenstown, large round thing steak patty with 5 star trimmings. Can’t describe the taste sensation enough. You have to try for yourself, if I had found this place when I arrived first, they would know me by my name now. Shame I have to leave the city tomorrow afternoon, might be lucky enough to squeeze one in before I leave.More

We wanted a light meal and split a Magyaros Hungarian sandwich and steak fries. The sandwich was a slab of pork sausage and bacon with a creamy sauce, tomato and onion. I asked to hold the onions and my request was honored. Fries were hot...and fresh. Sandwich was tasty although a bit more garlicky than I am used to. Staff speak English and brought our food to us up the steep stairs.More

Good price, big portion, absolutely delicious. Try it out in lunchtime and eat it there or take away to the nearest park. The sauce of the house is unbelievable. The restaurant is too small, hope they will move to a bigger place.

I had one of the CheChe burgers at the Sziget, and it was quite a delicious taste experience. Will definitely go there next year again, or even at the restaurant in Budapest

After a trip to Margaret’s Island and a search for a dinner venue that we could all agree on we came upon "Cheche Bistro", where we stopped after failing to agree on any restaurant. We ordered burgers and chips - one bacon and egg breakfast...burger, one Thai and two chicken - all delicious and guys that ran it were pleasant too. All agreed that we would come back again.More

I've been passing this place for ever, and so finally I went in. it's tiny. ordering desk and kitchen downstairs, and 4 tables on the low-celeinged mezzanine. the girl who took my order was polite enough. I got the steak sandwich with fries. the bun...is a bit too thick and crispy for my taste, but it was seriously good. I could taste all the ingredients (that are detailed in a nice little infograph by the ordering desk). the chips were good enough, and the "spicy" dip delicious even if not really spicy. the toilet is literally tiny, and they could use some extra staff as when I went upstairs all the vacant tables were not cleaned since the previous customers (breadcrumbs, nothing major), and when I was leaving and wanted to put my tray in the bin I couldn't as it was full, but these can be easily ironed out. the food is good, that's what matters, and I would gladly go back.More

It took me some time to remember the name of that one great burger place I visited a few times, and lo and behold here it is. In short, this place is pretty great. They are not a place you go to for your average...cheeseburger. Their selection is special with cool concepts and great tastes. Good bottled beer as well. For some reason I tripped twice on the staircase leading to the upper seating area on twe seperate occasions, something that doesn't happen to me often, so be careful lest you find yourself face down with your food on the floor.More

Very interesting tastes of a non-burger fast food. The bun of the burger is something home made and very delicious. I tried the sandwich with salmon. But it was too salty because of the amount of salmon. But the fish seemed very fresh and crumbly....The other one I tried is the grilled goat cheese sandwich. That is my favorite: it has walnut inside, the cheese, rucola and some kind of sweet sauce. The combination of these savors are fantastic. What I also recommend is the French fries which is great with the herb spiced sauce. Try it!!More

The sandwiches are delicious and large. They have good prices too. Don't miss out on the hungarian dipping sauce for the fries. Our order was made quickly. The staff are friendly.
