This was the best pizza I’ve had in Budapest for a very longtime. If fact probably the best I’ve had outside of Naples. The crust was perfect, ingredients seemed fresh, and were plentiful without being overloaded.
We also had a couple of desserts... wow.
Te...Hungarian special, Somloi Galuska , was everything it’s meant to be and more. Thick creamy but not so rich that it got sickly !
I didn’t eat in, but must say the service was very nice and very professional. And in English as well, which helped me tremendouslyMore
The WORST SERVICE you can get. I tried this place a few times because the food is ok and its close to where I live, but I just decided to give up today. This was the 2nd time when I experienced that after I sit...down to a table and a waitress notices me, instead of coming to me and taking my order I have to watch her smoking her cigarette!!! Earlier I went there to enjoy a morning coffee, I entered the restaurant as the door was open and met a very rude cook at the pizza oven shouting at me to get out as they are not open yet for the day! Avoid this place like the plague! I feel sorry for the owner for not doing anything about the rotten staff - are you not noticing they are killing your business in the long run???More
This place just doesn't want your money, so don't waste your 10 minutes alone at a table while numerous staff on the floor ignore you (at noon on a Sunday). I even tried to ask someone coming out of the kitchen if they had table...service and she avoided me.
I would have to be really desperate to set my foot in the door again, although some of the pastries looked good. The gelato, however, looks really fake with nasty colors.
There's an old school Hungarian restaurant a short walk away where they are happy, welcoming and the service is swift.
Or, try the Greek grill next door. They are enthusiastic, attentive and want your business.More
Not all of the food was available from the menu, the pizza we took was average. The waitress was impatient when I took my last piece of food she was waiting to take my plate next to the table... We tried one cake was okay,...nothing special.More
We went to have ice cream, but decided to have some spaghetti carbonara and penne arabiata. Both were excellent and huge portions that had to be packed for later as we couldn't finish it on the spot. Ice cream is very popular here as it...is very good as well. Staff was kind and helpful.More
I work nearby so I had the chance to eat at Punto three times now, lunch all three times. Service is always slow and usually without a smile. Yesterday I wanted to have a pizza for lunch and when I wanted to order the kind...reply was "No, you wont have a pizza now, we have lots of orders now." Not a sorry, not a smile, nothing. Just plain rudeness. So we went for a fixed lunch menu. The lunch menu was average and boring, and my friend ordered fish but got the chicken instead. Sloppy staff. This place looks good, I heard the pizza is good but the service is simply terrible.More
food is great, location is nice, staff very inattentive. Have been at this place already multiple times and the food is really tasty, however the lack of attention made us spend our money somewhere else. We entered the place, and after not being served for...five minutes for an ice cream, we walked out of the door.More
Authentic italian food in good price. I like pizzas, gelato (ice-creams), cookies, cakes, all of them. Components are fresh, taste is good, you can eat around 7-10€ + 3-4 € for drink. Gelato 1€
Nagyon jó hangulatos olasz étterem, remek ételekkel, fagyikkal és sütikkel. Érdemes...kipróbálni vagy házhoz rendelni, megéri.More
