I had the best food of our trip here and I have to say, I never had a bad meal. I had the chefs special of the day: breaded country style ribs, they were to die for! Service was very good too.

Why? ,it's safe, conservative with good service, Hungarian food dummed down a bit. Did we enjoy it ? yes we did, would we go back ? probably not, would we recommend it? Only if you want the above plus of course the obligitory musicians.

We came upon this restaurant by accident and liked the look of the outside tables. Prettily set out so decided to eat here despite it appearing a little expensive. We ordered a bottle of wine and the Hungarian starter for two. Nothing out the ordinary,...More

District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube,
with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The
Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica
stand out as two of the finest examples of
architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for
more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval
city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while
the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
