You might have to wait 15 minutes in the bararea but it is absolutely worth it. Service is excellent, food even better. Wheras all other places in the area are empty, Menza is packed.

yes, daily menus still available, no choice though. Nowadays many restaurants (at or below 3-star) will offer this Mo-Fri.
