The soup was cold. The waitress was wearing a heater, she was not nice, there was no tablecloth on the table. when we sat down at the table, we waited 7 minutes until the waiter came to us and brought out the drink list

They managed to organize us a good limousine ride to get to their place. There was good music and drinks. We have seen a lot of people get served their cakes, so for a special occasion this is the best place to celebrate.

We are just back from a very unpleasant experience at this place. The bill came to 7450 ft, 970ft was added as a service charge as is customary in Budapest. We had no problem paying the total of 8420ft for our 4 drinks. I gave...10,000ft and waited for my change. When it didn't come after 20 minutes I approached the man (late 20s/early 30s,dark hair and beard wearing a black top with yellow Calvin Klein logo) who had been overly pleasant when serving us (but his face when he saw me approach was totally different) and who had taken the money, to confirm service was included. He was chatting with about 5 other staff members and one of them confirmed this. So I reminded him I had given 10,000ft and was awaiting change. Instead of being apologetic he was immediacy accusatory and aggressive stating I had said it was for him. This is not true, and even if he had thought I had said it, the accepted norm, is for the server to bring back the change and the customer to (re) iterate it is a tip. I questioned why I would have given him a 1580ft tip on a bill of 7450ft which included a service charge of circa 13.5%?! He, with an extremely bad grace, gave me my change and sarcastically said "I give you a tip" when he over paid me by 120ft. Needles to say I left this sarcastic overpayment on the table. This man is trying to steal from customers and was clearly shocked I didn't allow him to get away with it, especially in front of his colleagues.More

Chef menu and full menu is not available before concerts nearby, but they don't highlight that in advance. You can chose from a limited offer only. The food is delicious. Tip is compulsory, which I prefer to decide, so don't like it.

Good food, excellent staff. For sure we will return here. Resonable prices. Smiles on all people faces 🥰. Don’t skip this place when you pass by.

The waitress was not nice, she was wearing a sports sweater. The store manager was outraged when we told her we didn't want to pay a service fee for the awful service. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other.

This is the fifth time I was in this restaurant. The staff is very friendly. The food is great. There are salads, soups, and there is pasta, different kind of main courses with or without side dishes. This time I took the Brazil sirloin steak...(200G). It was perfect for me. The atmosphere is beautiful, the waiters are happy, the prices are excellent, I recommend visiting it, the food is very delicious, the service is fast

We visited here for drinks as it was close to where we were staying and decided to go come back in the evening for a meal.. We got there about 8.30 but I don't think the waiters were pleased that we wanted to order food!...We ordered the beef in red wine and chicken ceaser salad when the waiter saw that I had a straw in my drink which the dental people gave me to use.. He declared lady you bring your own straw he did not like it! (We are visiting Budapest for dental treatment) my ceasar salad was awful no parmesan cheese or croutons I went in to ask for parmesan cheese they were very rude and bought it out when I had nearly finished and just banged it on the table! The beef in red wine was bland we had such high hopes for the food! Will not be recommending to other dental patients who stay at the arena hotel or going back.. Such a shame!More

Very close to the hotel, so I’ve been here four times already. The best thing is that you can sit outside and the kitchen is open late. First time I was there was dinner with my wife. Had the wiener snitzel which was very good....Second time just beer with friends. Third time lunch with an old colleague. Had the chicken breast with sundried tomatoes - chicken was very dry and rice hard. Fourth time I had the Angus burger with fries - tasted ok but very small. so 4 times in a week. Place is very nice. Staff is friendly. Food is uneven and a bit expensive. So it’s an ok if you are close but I would not travel to eat there.More

We've visited restaurant by recommendation of hotel staff. Menu is instant with some Hungarian specialties. Food is very basic as well as service. During our visit they have very noisy party and all staff was fully occupied by group.

Fell on here by accident last night, four of us were that pleased returned for a 2nd go ..all as expected very good
