Booked this restaurant prior to arriving in Budapest after seeing photos online, the restaurant itself is beautiful, the prettiest restaurant I’ve been to. Also our favourite meal whilst in Budapest. Service was excellent, would definitely recomend.

Really good value for money. Food was delicious and surroundings were amazing! My only complain would be that despite us having a booking, we were told to wait 20 minutes at the door as there were people in our seats that needed to move? Confusing......More

Who is responsible for such tasteless decoration ? 16 years old girl ? When you serve breakfast or omelette? Is it not reasonable to add 1,2 or 3 spreads on the side with bread? Such a culinary disaster.

District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses
the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and
colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in
an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes
and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic
crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of
the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in
Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly

I would say it is high-mid range, neither crazy expensive, nor budget (compared on Budapest level). You can get mains around 15-20 EUR, most expensive item being an angus steak (30 EUR, 300g)

The concierge of our hotel kindly booked us a table. I just emailed prior to arrival. Maybe try that if your hotel has a concierge?
