Good but twice as much as it should be. However, many locals were picking up entire cakes for probably birthday or some celebration.

Serving the Hungarian capitol since 1957 Nándori Cukrászda maintains a less grand feel than the likes of Gerbeaud, but for those seeking one of Budapest’s best Krémes the Cafe just two blocks from the Danube offers indoor and outdoor seating plus good Coffee and friendly...staff. Popular with locals and limited in spoken English Nándori offers the full array of Cakes including top-tier Esterhazy and Dobos, but for those seeking something truly special squares of Meggyes Reyes come loaded with Cherries and Almonds while their Cremeschnitte eats particularly light with dividing layers of Puff Pastry.More
I attempted to order 10 Christmas pastries in the preorder phase but I only met with a super arrogant owner and employees that could not pack the goods into a box for take away and made me wait for a whole week to tell me...that “I am sorry but I cannot sell you this pastry” so I am here before Christmas and unable to order elsewhere, please spend your money and time elsewhere!More
My go to place. I was born in the IX district and spent some of my childhood in the Raday street. My grandma lived in Raday 15 by the voros postakocsi. The Nadori cukrazda has fantastic pastries and great coffee with whipped cream . My...family and I stopped by there in May. We had a few pastries and coffees. Lovely shop, great pastries, lovely environment. The prices are very reasonable. Its not a fancy place like the Gerbou coffee in the Vorosmarty Ter or the New York Palace rather smaller and more quaint…More
This cukraszda has lovely and cosy environment and you find superb cakes and deserts. Coffee is average. Staff should smile a bit
Here is one of the oldest, and the best cafe of the whole city. The sweets are stunning and the price are cheap
Nice little place, with beautiful cakes. We had the walnutcake "Ezterhazy" and a cherry pie"Meggyes pite" Very low prices. Can recomend.
Super delicious cakes at regular prices. It is a busy place. Minus one star for the unwelcoming staff.
Products are tasty but service quality so poor. Lady who served us was rude and aggressive. Before come here take this into consideration
The pogácsa and the icecream are worth the price, but the service, especially inside the shop is horrible, superunfriendly, rude, Soviet-style, not at all acceptable.
Very nice cakes. You can order for take away also. We ordered a big cheese cake, it was so delicious. We find the koala mignon and if you buy you support koalas in Australia. Staff were not so kind or even helpful.
Incredibly good cakes and coffees, a place not to miss. I have been going there everytime I could, since I arrived to Budapest.
Beautifully decorated comfortable place to sit for an excellent cup of coffee and enjoy sweet or savory pastries as good as you will find anywhere else in the world. Or take it home. Or both. The prices are very reasonable.
Located in one of the most beautiful streets of Budapest, this place provide a large varieties of desserts and not only. When in town don't skip it.
This place is just amazing. offering a wide selection of cakes, cookies and other backed snacks, like pogácsa, the popular Hungarian biscuit. Seating is limited to two small tables inside the store. The staff is amazing and kind.
