The pandemic has blessed this excellent tapas restaurant with a terrace in the road. Previously it was always tough to get a seat and a little too crowded. The last red wine on the list is a real find and great value for money. Hot...bread, great sauces and a selection of tapas direct from Spain. If your faith in small restaurants is flagging then try this place. Even the service is top notch.More

Everything was delicious. Fair prices. You have to try scallop and squid. Reservation required. Strongly recommended.

The Padron restaurant was recommended to us by a friend of ours who said that this place is a must for casual dining lovers and she was right. A packed restaurant was waiting for us on a Monday evening at 9 pm which I took...as a great sign and it did not disappoint. Swift and friendly service was delivered to us by Sára who welcomed us with warm hospitality and excellent food knowledge. Of course the highlight of the visit was the selection of outstanding flavors that we have been presented with. Each and every tapas with some bright flavor combinations made our night truly unforgettable. We will be back !More

One of the most beloved restaurants in our family and among friends, just because it has a familiar atmosphere with perfect quality food and drinks.

Kind staff very delicious meals. The place is little, more familiar. There is an option too, to book in time! than you get bigger table. Overall, it is a nice place with excellent food!

Came here for our first night in Budapest and it was a great choice! The tapas were excellent, we particularly enjoyed the patatas bravas and the prawns. The sangria was excellent too! Make sure you book as they do not have many tables and they...were very busy... Even on a ThursdayMore

Recently spent a few days in Budapest, found this restaurant local to where we were staying, and found it so fantastic we spent two of our evenings there. Family run and own, cosy authentic setting, brilliant extensive menu. Hungarian wine selection is excellent and cheap...by the litre. Staff spoke English and were really friendly and helpful. Everything we ordered was delicious, staff happy to recommend dishes, and the slow cooked beef cheek is a must!!! Didn’t have to wait long for a table for the two of us, but you can book a table in advance online or call them on the day.More

Having read reviews, and thinking we would want a change from Hungarian food we booked one of the nights of our recent stay and so pleased we did. Its off from the main streets, and doesn't seat many, everyone seated on high stools and some...shared benches. A warm welcome, helpful staff and what a selection of food, every choice we made we enjoyed - each of us having our individual favourites. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and engaging - I did get her name as I wanted to mention her in person as she was a credit to Padron, but I have since forgotten! We could have stayed for longer and had so much more, but we had been previously advised that our booking was from 8pm - 9.30pm which was plenty of time, but as I say we would have stayed for more! Definitely worth a visit, do book in advance.More
