Close to where we stayed, unbelievable selection of alternative milk when ordering a coffee.... surprised to notice so many staff spoke excellent English and were happy to complete the coffees order in English. Such a difference to uk McDonald's.

The usual McDonalds. A bit more prompt than most. For whatever reason, their orange juice machine is often out of service. Friendly staff, accustomed to serving customers in a rush.

Mcdonald's is what it is. Service is pretty standard in serve you as fast as they can. Food is your standard mcdonalds. Nothing special. Cheap edible cheap meal.

Prices are much cheaper than in France. The staff is nice but the manager is execrable!!
Products were missing from our order and it refuses to give them to us , rips the ticket out of our hands and ends up throwing us in the tray a fries and sauces . A horrible person I pity his staff!!!!

Awful service took 40 minutes to get food, managed to still get my burger wrong as well as my drink. They deleted my number off the screen and when I bought it up they just said it will be okay, and took another 30 minutes of me reminding them about my order. DO NOT VISIT

Never waited so long for 'fast food'! Staff look like they are asleep. People gave up after 15-20 minutes and then the food was cold!

The only McDonalds where I have asked for a refund!!!
Didn’t have all my items, very slow and not very informative.
My number appeared on the board, but quickly disappeared. No explanation when I enquired, just to say it was in the making!!
Will not be retiring here.

Sometimes it is nice to eat a cheeseburger and fries and round it off with a milkshake! This McDonalds is right alongside the Astoria hotel and was a good place to have a snack at the end of the day. Or a cheap breakfast! Clean - and quite busy. but a good place! Staff speak enough English.

They regularly has something fresh in the menu, but tha place always crowded, and what can you say about the Mc? If you ever been only one, you know the drill. I like the plastic cheeseburger, the royale with cheese, and of corse the Big Mac. Cheap trash food. Sometimes you need that in the rush hour.

This was right next door to our hotel so it was very convenient for a snack at any time of the day.
When we arrived at the hotel it was already dark so it was useful to have somewhere to eat that was this close.

For less than UK£4 you can get breakfast Macmuffin, bacon on toast, fresh orange juice and a small caffe latte. I used for my breakfast each day during my 12 day visit.

Staff aggressive and rude, old women serving needs retraining in customer service! Basically threw my change on my tray.
Food rubbish, they've managed to destroy an iconic classic fast food with a touch of aggression and shouty shouty thrown in.

Cashier 131 needs to crack open the McD binder, chapter Customer service. Kicking doors shut, rolling his/her eyes and working at a snail’s pace. Customer service in Hungary seems rare.
