Awesome little Asian restaurant (a fast food is probably a better name for that). They serve a wide range of Thai dishes - everything is fresh and authentic, you can even see the cooks at work :) I ordered fried rice noodles with pork, chilli and vegetables - spicy but filling :) and not very expensive either, I paid about... Food: authentic, tasty, quite a nice range of dishes to choose from. You can also define how spicy you want your meal to be. Service: friendly, polite, quick. No issues and no extra efforts. Prices are OK. Atmosphere: expect a small place where everything in the kitchen happens right next to you, which means some noise and smell. We visited... More

I am not certain how anyone actually manages to find this TripAdvisor listing, given its title of "parazs etterem" as opposed to "kis parazs" on Google - neither of which are the actual name of the restaurant which is listed on the building as "Thai Soup and Wok". Either way, the outside will leave one with mixed opinions; the inside... More

Really like the food, which is why I have kept coming back for years. But I absolutely hate the horrible unfriendly service of the woman and man (they seem to be the owners, or at least the managers) who I've seen there from the first day I went. If you ask for anything extra, or take too long, or breathe... More

We wanted to check out Parazs for quite sometime now, and finally had the chance to do so. We had two soups, one with chicken, one with fish. The soup was very good, but very heavy on the lemon grass. The mains were excellent and big portions. My wife's pad thai was outstanding. 2 soups, 2 mains, 2 drinks and... More

We eat Thai food regularly. Saw some things on the menu I'm not familiar with. Soups are entree sized. Most American Thai restaurants would have lunch specials. None offered here. Enjoyed the Tom Yum soup more than the Pad Thai but both were good. Reasonable sized portions.

Whenever I go the food is always good. I recomend: pad thai, tom kha kai, and red curry are really tasty. However, anytime I go, the service is really bad, they are not friendly at all... Its a pity because I really like the food. I would give the 5 star otherwise

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
