This is one of many specialty coffee places in Budapest with great service and in a cosy old vault in tiles. If you are out after a great coffee you won’t be disappointed. Worth noting; they have fat milk delivered directly from the farmer! Budapest...has become a heaven for coffee enthusiasts with it’s many specialty coffee shops and they only seem to increase!More

A friend of mine calls Hungary the Wild Wild East ... now this place definitely doesn't belong here, since it absolutely feels like the West. You walk in and you immediately feel the cosmopolitan air (mostly filled with foreign words, yippie), you can't help but...smile at the unusually friendly staff (for somebody being used to big city Eastern-European standards this is rare ...) who greet you with a really honest looking smile, and then ... then you are stuck because there are so many great choices that it is really way too hard to choose ... The chocolate cake with passion fruit is amazing, the kakaóscsiga (chocolate swirl?) is one of the best in town and the flódni (Jewish layer cake) is unbelievable. They say the coffee is one of the best in town too, I have only tried a cappuccino, so can't really tell, but it must be good, it's hard to believe anything could be bad in this place ... :)More

Visited that place on 6th March 2020. The cappuccino is best I've tried so far (I drinm coffee almost every day so I visit a lot of places) Prices are middle I think, even closer to low. Cappuccino costs 650 Hof, cheesecake ~700. Cozy place...in the middle of historical center (near St. Stephen's Cathedral). The service is great, staff speaks English so you can as for advice. (Throughout our journey it was the best place we visited) Hoghly recommended:)More

We came here in the afternoon and it was very busy, had to wait a little while to be able to get a seat. The coffee was good and seemed reasonably priced, the coffee and carrot cake were OK but nothing special. Overall a decent...place to have coffee.More

Espresso Embassy serves a lovely cup of coffee and massive scones. Was quite busy and seemed like a popular place.

Best tasting coffee in Europe. I just love the atmosphere of full vaulted brick interior and kind friendly service. The sweets were perfect. Open early which was perfect for tourists out walking the sights of this beautiful city.

If you want good coffee come here, very busy but that’s because of how good the coffee is. Also good selection of cakes!

Great coffee and traditional Hungarian flodni cake. Very busy for a sat morning. Plenty of keyboard warriors occupying seats. Had to wait 5min for a table but the coffee was worth it. A good find on the Pest side

Very good coffee (specialty coffee) barista is also professional. You can buy grounded coffee for your home or hario V60, books about coffee. Little bit too expensive but they know what they are doing quality of coffe is great.
