I was not served for more than 30 minutes. when i asked a menu after another 30 minutes went away till i could order meal. Very bad service, bored waiters.

2/2/22 evening We three middle aged British pescatarian guys had just arrived in Budapest the day before, had a thermal bath with our Hungarian friend and after wanted a drink and maybe a snack. We arrived at 21:15 to find a quite busy space with...couples and groups. The waiter offered us menus as we took to the table. A separate day list was included and despite not being too hungry (we had had a late filling lunch at Frici Papa) we decided to have a single dish each. The regular menu was in Hungarian although the day specialties menu had English translations. There was a group of English speakers on a big table, probably on a similar situation to us being entertained by a local. The drinks came quickly and the dishes in good time. The service was attentive. The portions were better than expected, the soup was good according to our Hungarian friend who had only drink in the establishment before. The Penne Arabiata was tasty according to my friend and the Thai prawn soup likewise. My spinach ravioli with porcini mushrooms was actually delicious and surprised me. Some ravioli was filled with curd cheese. Whole slices of garlic, sundries tomatoes and fresh basil added to the taste. The beers went down well too. Our friend left early and we finished and ordered the bill for the four of us together. It arrived quickly and we paid the 11915. I did not see my friend leave a cash tip as he usually did. We left into the cold night air at 22.20 to make our way home by tram. It transpired that 15% service was included in the bill which we thought was a bit steep for no table cloths, a wonky table (I tried to fix it but no beer mats were available) and a casual atmosphere with a very short walk to the kitchen (maybe justified if sitting outside). Also Americans (like some of the group) may not notice the included service and tip on top.More

Had to grab a quick breakfast and a coffee and this place was just the perfect place to stop by on our walking trip. Menu has enough choices, service was good and the food was tasty. The place also has a nice atmosphere, close to...the Danube, public transport, Margit-bridge, but still in a quite silent corner.More

We enjoyed our food, portions quite big and feeling. Waitress who served us was very helpful with allergies information. Good value for your money.

Very full, especially after the lock downs of teams and busses after a protest march agains or for,, a visiting President. We find you just need to chat slowly and friendly to your waiter, and the evening is one of fun.. Great pizzas,, great pasta,...lovely vibe and affordable. Easy to get to,, and all types of visitors. Based on TripAdvisor reviews our adult family of 4 dropped by for dinner. Varied menu with many options. Food was very good. Many locals enjoying this spot as well. Recommended.

This place was a surprise as we were walking pass to get a tram and stopped to read the menu, we decided to give it a go as there was a reasonable amount of vegetarian options. We tried the pizza which was nicely made and...the mixed grilled vegetables, the mixed grilled vegetables was a good surprise it had good flavour and was very filling. You can try some local wines too. Seems to have locals eating here and the price is reasonable. Service was good.More

Excellent value for money, best pizza we've had! Lovely outside seating area, lit with fairy lights as the sun sets.

We stumbled on this bistro and we were so glad we did. The food is amazing, excellent value for money and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We do hope to return !

I ate here more times and the service was always awful.. E.g. yesterday the waiter forgot our order two times!! and then they expect me to give them a tip... I give 2 stars only because the food is delicious. It could be a good...place because of the location and the cozy garden but I'm never ever gonna come back here.More
