Food was expensive for the quality. Staff was rude, especially the "chef": we arrived at 11pm, having traveled all day long this was the only restaurant we found open near our accommodation, but we were done and leaving by 11:55pm (5 min. before closing) We...politely said good night, to which the chef's reply was: "Come again tomorrow the same time" I'm not sure if he didn't spit in my food... The waiter was snotty too.More

We visited this restaurant on New Year's day, as the rest of Budapest took the day off. The location of the restaurant was great for our hotel (art'otel) and we had a good view of the Danube and Parliament from where we sat. There are...three levels to this restaurant; we sat on the top floor as we were told to go upstairs and it looked like the middle floor was booked for a private event. The waitress we had really could not have cared less about our presence at the restaurant. When we entered she didn't care about seating us, and she took a while to come and take our order. We had to go all the way down the stairs to find the waitress to tell her that we were done and would like the bill, as she did not come up to the floor to check on us at all, even though there were plenty of other customers on this floor too. We eventually found her sat talking to another member of staff and she then took her time again to come and give us our bill. We were pretty disappointed that the service tip was included on the receipt as we felt it was mandatory to pay it, even though we got next to no service at all. The food itself was fine; it arrived in a timely manner and was nice. However, we had been to an Italian restaurant two nights before, and found the pizza there not only to be nicer, but bigger and cheaper and much better service was offered. In comparison, this place felt like a bit of a rip off. Potentially our experience was down to an employee annoyed they were working on a bank holiday; however, I don't think it was acceptable to give such bad service. Not sure we would recommend.More

After a long day of driving we just wanted to eat nearby. Didn't realize this was a chain until spotted another location while walking around town the next day. We enjoyed our first two selections of pizza so ordered a third! We were very hungry!...The staff was kind and accommodating regarding our dog which we appreciated very much!More

Have avoided this place for 3 years since discovering a chicken bone in my pizza. Made a mistake by going back for a dinner after this Christmas. Pizza was ok, but salad was awful with 2cm wide chunks of onion in it. When raised this...with the waiter, he made a joke of us.More

Avoid this restaurant at all costs, the male waiter (bold and specky) is arrogant. He purposely served others than us, made us waited for more than an hour.

Didn't expect too much late on a wet evening beside the Spar but had some nice cold beer and an even better and quite cheap pizza. Pleasant staff too. Thanks a lot

They automatically chooses the big size even though you point to the small. Our group had calculated everything and everyone gave service charge. We were still 5000 forints under for no apparent reason and good luck trying to read the receipt since all items are...given the same name on it.More

Visited the pizzeria with friends few times over our stay and actually found their pizzas and salads very good. The pizza bases are very thin and tasty. Plenty toppings to choose from. Pastas look lovely too. Now the bad points..... Tables outside are filthy! Feels...like they are never getting cleaned. I actually had to clean a table with my wet wipes. After forgetting one meal out of the group of 6 the waiter was still pushing for 10% tip. Seriously!? Certain aspects can be put down to the language barrier, but it's located in a very tourist heave place, so you would expect a young member of staff to speak decent English. Be aware, you can not pay part of the bill by card and part in cash. I would visit again, but would be more inclined to do a take away!More

We used to be regular customers as the pizza were good. But the last 2 times we were really disappointed by the service and the manager was rude. The pizzas were still ok but nothing special for these western prices. What a pity. Not pleasant...place anymore.More
