We stopped here for breakfast. Great coffee, and the apricot croissant was very nice. Great food and reasonable price.

I’ve been living in Budapest for 2 years and no doubt there are many good specialty coffee places in Budapest. With beautiful ambiance & insta worthy photos! But Coyote Coffee is just the best (I’m a self proclaimed total coffee snob) . Their bespoke Espresso...blend from Alto Wien is so smooth and balanced even if you are choosing an alternative milk. (Sadly I’ve had to switch due to health reasons) They make all their delicious pastries and snacks from scratch in their teeny tiny kitchen and while it’s a limited menu everything is delicious. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. And the ambiance is classic. If you find yourself in Budapest it is a must visit place which is easy to get to. It has some great views of the parliament and just a few mins away from the Buda Castle. And who knows, we might even bump into each other there?! 😀More

This cozy coffee shop has everything dealing with breakfast and lunch! There's a build-your-own sandwich option, great bagels, cake, baked in-house goods, tea/coffee, and a grab-and-go cooler. The premade sandwiches are very tasty and fresh all the time. For coffee, you will have a rare...experience with special mixt flavors that will make it unique. The desserts are also very good. The entire Coyote Coffee team takes serious customer service starting with the ingredient quality and finishing with the final product’s delivery. Also, you can enjoy it from outside with a Hungarian Parliament view. It is a place we visit every time we are in Budapest, and we recommended it.More

We ordered a bagel and a croissant, both of which looked delicious at first sight but after a few bites we noticed that there were some tiny bugs (louses) on the salad in them. When we showed it to the waitress their reaction was completely...neutral as if this was something that happens regularly. Without any apologies they casually offered to change our food but after this unpleasant experience we decided to only eat a slice of cake and we did not ask for a new bagel/croissant. All in all, it was a bad experience, thus before paying we kindly asked the waitresses whether they would offer any sort of compensation for us. Finding bugs in the food was disgusting but what was even worse is the ignorance of the staff. 3 waitresses gathered around us at checkout and they were completely incapable of making any decisions. Then, we were joined by a 4th waitress who was passive-aggressive and had no idea what a service minded attitude was. She told us that we should be satisfied that we didn’t have to pay for the bagel and croissant (which we had approximately one bite of and were full of bugs!) I have never written a review before but it was so disgusting I had to.More

we have found small bugs in both sandwiches we ordered; sent it back and asked for cakes instead - given the bad feeling after this experience. when paying we asked for a refund, but the 4 waitresses said that 'this has happened several times and...if we ordered a new sandwich they would've given that for free'. we tried to explain politely how bad we felt about this experience but they kept repeating themselves and after a few minutes we said that it's okay we'll pay for the whole meal, then one of the waitress said to 'give them 10% off then'.More

I usually have breakfast here and I love it. But recently, I took a longer trip, which I haven't done in a long time, and I had the opportunity to try many other cafes around the world. And I couldn't find a better one. I...have seen more spacious and comfortable, yes, more beautiful also. Located in a more interesting place, too. But I haven't found something like that: equally fresh every day, outstandingly delicious in minutes. I've tried the same food elsewhere, at more expensive places than this, and no, it doesn't come close. And not because of the lack of the usual taste, but because of the freshness and quality of the ingredients.More

We had stayed in the area a few years ago and had come to eat at Coyote on a regular basis. It was good then, it's great now. Relaxed, informal atmosphere, good service and a fine location, a stone's throw from Bethany Ter.

We were staying in an AirBnb opposite, and we had to come in and try the food straight after checking in. I chose the bagel with mustard and can honestly say, it's probably the best bagel I've ever had in my life. Coffee was a...little sour, but I just think it was the type of roast. A great flat white.More

Bagels were okay, service extremely slow. Part of the order was forgotten. They need more waiters during peak breakfast-brunch hours.
