Perfect location, easy to reach. Some tables are outside, you can enjoy the view from there. I like the interior design a lot. Food is good but I have expected it more special. Waiters are nice.

My first time at Zona and the food was to die for. I had the rib bagel sandwich that just melts in your mouth. More important than the food was the service. If you get a chance to dine here, ask to be served by...Bence. His professionalism, humor and attentiveness made our experience more than beyond. Thanks to the whole zona team, I will be back.More

Bad service in a nice place! It was 35 degrees and wanted to have a drink to refresh at 11in the morning...an haughty and not at all welcoming came for the order. I wanted to have a small glass of tap water to refresh my...baby on the arms. I asked for tap water, with my drinks, the waiter brought it in a carafe open, but at the end it was charged! Almost 2,5 euros. I asked, it was the first time I was charged for that, and the another waited said in a very mean way that their one was purified and i “didn’t bother to ask the other places if their water was” he then said like I was stupid “do you know where the water was coming from, no!” And then left All the tourism sector is in crisis, we took precautions to come visit this beautiful city but thanks for ruining thatMore

We chose the lunch menu - 2 courses which was brilliant value and excellent quality. We would definately recommend. The staff were exellent and help us learn a bit more Hungarian. The staff couldn't have done more to make us feel so welcome.

Everything was exceptional, from friendly service to delicious food. All waiters were fluent in English and happy to recommend wines that paired perfectly with our dinner.

My daughter and I went for lunch when the restaurant we planned to go to was closed. The food was mediocre but very expensive. My chicken was over cooked and dry. Both of us were disappointed in our experience.

ZONA was the meal we were most looking forward to and it did not disappoint. We went on a Friday evening there was a piano player and cellist the entire evening. Service was incredible and knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection. Food was also...delicious, with refined flavors and unusual but excellent pairings. Great stop for foodies and even picky eaters. My 4-year-old nephew had the cheeseburger and loved it.More

Although we were advised to make a reservation due to the popularity of this restaurant, we were the only one in the there. (Not usual for this place. We where there in the end of january) We had a warm welcome. A musician was playing...the cello. He joked with us. The waiter took the time to explain everything. He had a lot of knowledge. We were curious and he answered all our questions. He let us taste his best wines. It felt like we were having a private dinner. We could all laugh about it. It’s nice to sit in a pleasant atmosphere. The food is very refined, balanced and smart builded. Some criticism: we missed contrast in the chocolade-dessert. Everything else was amazing! Thank you for the many recommendations to make our time in Budapest a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.More

Divine breakfast - yummy salmon with salad (largest freshest capers I've ever had), a roasted tomato, the most delicious dip (I think it was aubergine?) with some tasty bread, yummy fresh fruit and yoghurt. Simply perfect! Beautiful setting, views of the Danube. Tried the lavender...cordial too, it was fine. Two breakfasts, two coffees and a cordial is around €33.More
