There was no soup/goulash, we ordered BBQ ribs (was over cooked and not enough gravy), and pork medallions (nice, interesting beans spread), and goat cheese salads (supposed to have avocado - not, but was very good).
Nice place, good atmosphere.
I visited Flaska in late September.

Overall experience was great, I can truly recommend for any foodie and wine lover visiting Budapest 🍷
I felt compelled tow rite a review for this place to give a shout out to the customer service we received last night.
The wine list per glass is fairly small but the waiter gave appropriate recommendations and allowed us to try each wine first....The glassware was appropriately sized and clean. Gyula was so professional and went abkve and beyond to make us feel special. There was a slight issue with our meal, and Gyula and the kitchen staff completely changed our experience to the point that I am writing this in such a positive note. Thank youMore
We’ve been there twice, and both time the service was good. We ate weekly menus. The food was super tasty and also the natural wines were delicious.
I really like the natural design, especially the green wall.
It’s a perfect place to spend calm and...peaceful hours with your love or friends.More
Stumbled on this place whilst looking for the Holocaust memorial, can't say enough good things about it, the service was excellent, food was delicious and at the most reasonable price of the whole week in Budapest.
My husband and I first ate here after arriving in Budapest from the US in late February, two weeks after the restaurant opened. Adam, the owner, waited on us, and our Saturday lunch was extraordinary! We had the weekday lunch menu twice more in March,...and each time everything was perfect. We have traveled to Budapest for the past 25 years, and tried countless restaurants. Without a doubt, this among the best. By the way, the three course lunch on weekdays is about 6 USD! This place is the real deal, and a sure thing. Wine list is extensive, with periodic tasting evenings.More
