Stored our bags here on our last day of Budapest. We also had breakfast. The food was delicious, all of the staff were extremely friendly. When we went to collect our bags we realised our taxi booking to the airport was booked incorrectly and the...staff swiftly arranged another taxi for us. So helpful, can’t recommend enough!More
As the title said the 5 of us enjoyed brunch every morning for 5 days. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious as were the coffees. Would definitely visit again
Amazing attention by the staff. Great concept, cozy atmosphere and very good food and coffee. Pretty high prices compared to other breakfast venues in the area but it’s definitely worth a visit. We come back. Greets to the owner who speaks 100 languages and wants...to get to know his guests 😄More

We arrived just to drop off our bags but decided to stay when we saw they did food. Everything was so nice and the staff were so friendly. Highly recommended!

I came across this when looking for somewhere to store luggage in Budapest Centre in case we couldn’t check into our apartment after an early arrival. Turns out we didn’t need the bag storage but decided to pop in for breakfast as it was close...to our apartment and couldn’t have been happier. The owner/proprietor was so welcoming and friendly and whilst it is quite small, there were enough tables to create a lovely friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent, great choice for breakfast/brunch and at a great price. Would definitely recommend having breakfast in this small, very clean, traditional cafe.More

Delicious breakfast, kind servers and for a reasonable price, but don't expect a cheap breakfast. When we visited, we had to wait outside for a few minutes. The whole experience felt a bit in-and-out, but overall we had a great start of the day!

Staff really kind and helpful, place designed really beautiful, prices quite good and really tasty breakfast. We tried two sweet breakfast and one baigel, all of them was really good. I recommend this place :)

We used Lion's storage on the recommendation of the manager of the apartment we stayed in. We were warmly greeted by the owner and staff who helped us to store our luggage. The menu looked good so we ordered breakfast. The food was really tasty...and the coffee was excellent. Throughout the hour or so we were there everyone was really friendly and helpful. We mentioned that we needed to get a taxi to the airport when we came back to get our luggage and they offered to arrange this for us. Friendly team and excellent food and service. Many thanks for making the last day of our visit stress free.More

What a great wee spot for brunch! The minute we entered we were so warmly welcomed from staff and the owner of the cafe. He immediately asked us where we were from and was so lovely throughout. I tried the breakfast burrito which was brilliant,...it kept me going all day. My partner had scrambled eggs, which were a really good portion. Great wee cafe with even better food and people!More

Had a fantastic breakfast at Lion's Locker on Saturday and Sunday on our short trip to Budapest. Food was amazing, across 2 days we had scrambled eggs, french toast and pancakes. Portions were generous but not excessive and choice of coffees was great too. We...also took an opportunity to store our luggage for a few hours before our flight, really easy and convenient. All the staff we met were great, so friendly. Can't recommend highly enough. It does get quite busy so for bigger parties worth making a reservation at peak times.More

This hidden place had such nice staff, helpful and friendly. Food was great as well and at reasonable prices. Even when all tables were taken , all stayed calm and friendly.

It's a place in the heart of Budapest where you can relax for a short while and remind yourself that nowhere else would you rather be than right where you are. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great and the management is...professional. A must for all visitors to the city!More
