Very busy place with clearly some regular customers. Very warm welcome on arrival. If you want somewhere that is basic with fairly good pizzas then look no further than the choice of pizzas was amazing. Food and wine very reasonable you got a discount of the pizza if you paid in cash

We were looking for an Italian place that made good pizza and this is the perfect place! Fantastic staff, just like in Italy, we were welcomed warmly and felt great. Adequate prices for the quality, 2 of us took 1 margherita and 1 diavola and 2 peroni, a total of 8040 ft. They may seem like too many but the quality is worth it: excellent mozzarella, even better tomato. Perhaps the only flaw is actually the non-wood-fired oven which cooked the pizzas too quickly and made them a little hard, and also in my opinion a little too much oil but that can easily be overlooked. I am very satisfied that I went, if you are Italian GO THERE

An incredible restaurant that offers such incredible value for money it feels wrong. 1,500 fr (£3.00) for most of the pizzas on the menu, and yet still authentic, and absolutely delicious. Me and a friend had a pizza and a few beers each, and yet the bill only came to around £15. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I thoroughly believe that with all things taken into account, this is one of the best restaurants in the city.

Great pizza- it doesn’t look much from the outside but take a chance…
We got two pizzas, two desserts and three drinks all for about £14.
Despite the cheap cost the pizza was excellent.
Sure the surroundings are old and the place needs some TLC but at the end of the day it’s about the food and Little Italy delivers.
If you are in Budapest and want a cheap lunch this is the place.

The pizza (hot one) was pretty great. The waitress was very quick which was amazing. The place looks a bit old-looking, the toilets were a bit dirty.
The prices were very reasonable and the quality of the food was good. There is not much space in the restaurant so it might be a bit challenging to find a place to eat.

Great italian pizza, huge choice of italian gourmets, kind waitresses, nice italian-pub atmosphere. Really low prizes for high quality. Pizzeria was full of guests however after 10mins of waiting waitress gave us a table and didnt wait long for pizza!Truly recommend it for the napoletana pizza lovers!

The staff were all very lovely and welcoming, and they spoke English which was very helpful to us. The food was some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had, with the Grissini being a highlight. The fresh tomato dip it came with we can’t stop thinking about. The pizzas were also delicious and you can tell that they were handmade with fresh ingredients. The food was very well priced & we think it was almost too cheap for the quality (the most expensive pizza was about £6). The menu was also translated into English throughout. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Visited here as it was near our hotel (staying near hero’s square) and had good reviews and we were not disappointed. Went twice in our stay
Lovely cheap pizza and bottle of wine( around £15 fir two) it’s basically just pizza but lots of them and really authentic Italian . Lots of locals popping in not touristy . Basic cafe look and feel quick service all made to order.
Really friendly staff made you feel very welcome

If you visit this place you will not be dissappointed, please do not expect anything fancy but the pizza is probably the best in Budapest (I have tried many many other places). Highly recommended, great prices, very kind waiters, authentic italian experience.. And yes, the TV is loud and football is on and the commentator is shouting in italian.

Really lovely little restaurant! We went on a Wednesday evening and we got the last table, it’s clearly very popular (understandably so). Inexpensive but authentic Italian pizzas. The extra bonus for us was that the menu actually told us what was vegetarian!!

perfect place for a lunch. nice staff, not a too big menu, but fresh ingredients and a perfect Italian pizza. Fun fact: none of the waiters actually spoke Hungarian but we managed with English :)

Without a shadow of a doubt best pizzeria in Budapest. Pizza that seems to be in Italy
Small but neat and clean place
Owner and very kind waiters
I recommend it to everyone passing through beautiful Budapest. Great value for money. A great memory of the trip to the Hungarian capital

Good selection of pizza. Very well prepared with fresh ingredients. The quality of this pizza don’t need a posh restaurant design. I like the environment too. The food is authentic the stuff is friendly and fast. If you like a real good pizza outside of Italy this is the place.

Best pizza in the city - for a great price - also delicious deserts, great drinks - and their espresso is one of the best ones I’ve ever had in my life..
