A longtime favourite of locals, Khan is our relaxed lunch and dinner spot by the Danube, in the heart of our own neighbourhood. Living in Újlipótváros is a lifestyle, and Khan is where friends love to pop in for a quick bite on their way home, to gather the entire family around a big table on birthdays, or just to have a drink on our breezy terrace after work. Fantastic take away. We had beef pho and pork summer rolls. A huge amount of care had been taken with the packaging; the beef broth was in a sealed glass jar so everything arrived in perfect condition. The pho had a deep, rich flavour as good as any I have eaten. I will be back to eat in as the dining room looks great.

Asian restaurant which serves dishes from various countries like China, Vietnam and Thailand. They have a wide variety of noodles but they offer more authentic flavors than the self service noodle places all over the town. Quality ingredients and frequent use of herbs.

My husband and I discovered this place by chance whilst waiting on our river cruise. The food was really tasty, I ordered the vegetable dumplings and they were delicious. The lotus tea was so refreshing. Nice, cosy atmosphere too - would definitely recommend.

Found this lovely restaurant today by accident. Gluten free choices were delicious and pork belly was so tender. Highly recommend this. Great service and li Ely staff

Lovely starters. Recommend the dumplings in particular. Mains are nice but are a little bland for me. What was odd was the mint salad found in the starters. Literally a pile of mint and not much else. The proportions of the other ingredients is completely wrong. Dressing flavour was nice but who wants to eat a bowl of mint?
Very nice staff. Food came relatively quickly. Nice vibe.
Gross black toilets which are an attempt at being cool but are actually just an excuse for wee everywhere. So we will definitely return and recommend but room for improvement and will avoid the toilets.

This restaurant is so lovely, and the service is fantastic. But the food outshines it all, so very, very yummy. Each of the staff we dealt with were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Would really love to go back, definitely a great choice to eat at!

My girlfriend and I travlled to Budapest for the first time and as we approach our 2nd night we were wandering around in search for something to eat.
We spotted this place on google maps as it was a little hidden (not really in the main road ) and we decided to give it a try.
The food was tasty, the staff was helpful and the overall atmosphere was great!!

My son and I traveled to Budapest for the first time. We spotted this place on google maps. The location is great as it is near to the Danube. The meal were served was excellent, in the presentation and taste. Friendly staff and attentive. Definitely a great choice and a must visit place to eat at.

We experienced a very good service and exellent asian food. The toilets were also clean and very fancy. Highly recommend this restaurant for children and adults.

Not really Vietnamese or Thai or Chinese.
Starter with prawns basically had 4 prawns sliced thinly onto two. Main was a tasteless nondescript dish.

Our goal was the boat travel on Danube, we decide to wait it in this place because it was nearest. But really authentic kitchen, incredible staff and delicious “khan” from chief - that place conquered our heart.
