It was great!

The food was super fresh. You could taste all the different ingredients and herbs. Everything was there fast, there where plenty of options (enough vegetarian as well) and you could easily share every dish with two persons. The service was amazing. Would definitely recommend going here!

Good to eat here, good to be here

We had a sensational tapas dinner here. A true Mediterranean restaurant: dishes from Portugal through Spain, Greece to Levante you find tasty meal, be you meat eater, veggie or vegan. The small portions gave us the possibility to try many different dishes, and I have to say that everything was delicious. If I have to recommend what not to miss then the fava cream and the Brazilian lemonade are a must. The place has a lovely atmosphere, too, and the service was full of love and happiness. It's a pity that we haven't visited this restaurant yet, w will come back for sure.

Cozy and lovely food

This restaurant is so cozy and calm for a group or a romantic dinner. It is very small so I would book a table on busy days. But the food is absolutely beautiful, I tried the tapas and one main dish and it was outstanding. The tapas is very flavourful and the woman working there that night so accommodating and sweet. Also I recommend trying the sangria!

What a gem of a place! Great choice of food if your party likes a mix of veggie and meat. Tasty, fabulous service and great value. A small place but the owner is very accommodating to fit you in. A nice way to end our week's holiday. Thanks

Great tapas restaurant food is great and everything homemade from local ingredients where possible. Can't recommend it enough. It's also fairly priced.

Amazing food,

We had a wonderful dinner here. Started with some tapas, the bread is absolutely amazing that they serve. The hostess was so friendly and made our whole experience. We would definitely come back here again!

Great family restaurant with an adorable waitress Polly, who never stops smiling and providing great service! Loved artichokes, African chicken and chocolate pie! Definitely come back here during my next visit to Budapest!

We enjoyed our dinner in Vas Manci very much. Everything, Tapas, Mains and Desserts were very tasteful and well presented. Don’t miss to order hot lemonade. They are fantastic on an cold evening.

Hola , Back here after ages .. almost 12 mnths to be precise. there's smthng ABT this place which seduces u bck.. simple but sexy interior ,easy wines and the food .. like an well deserved orgasam..

Always a perfect experience

Every time we come to Vas Manci we love everything: the hospitality, the food and drinks, the atmosphere! The menu changes a few times per year so there's always something new to try and plenty of vegetarian options. This time we really appreciated the warm lemonades (especially the one with plums and rum), the fava bean starter, the Portuguese pastry for main, and the delicious Basque cheesecake. The owner is friendly and caring, so there's really no better place we can think of in Budapest.

Stunning dinner

This was our second time in Vas Manci and what a delight our dinner was again! The service is super friendly and nice ambiance, and the Spanish cuisine is just fantastic!! We also got fantastic wine recommendations. Overly happy, I think Vas Manci is one of the best places in town right now!
