Good pastries, mediocre coffee

My overall opinion is rather good, finding good sandwiches, pastry, juices so far out of the city center is not easy. However, i'd argue about that specialty coffee label on the window.. Coffee is fine, but you'd need baristas who actually pay attention and put...their hearts into their work in order to have a true specialty coffee. There were four servers present, yet I had to remind them that I ordered coffee, cause they didn't communicate and no one actually prepared it for me. I've had cortados here twice, my usual go-to drink and both times it was quite bitter and when I asked for it to go, it was more like an espresso macchiato, with foam spooned on top. So.. Yeah, don't expect much in terms of coffee if you're picky like me.More

Very nice bakery and cafeteria

Friendly staff, great food, good coffee, nice athmosphere - it is really recommended for a good talk with friends.

... Best Cafe in northern Buda

... I can judge only by my main interest... Daytime coffe: two different arabica to choose from, with all possible pastry (it even stands for all types of dietetical prefereces), kind and helpful service, cosy airconditioned environment (even on the hottest day). It's worth to...take that three more stop from the 'Sziget' to have a coffee break... Or to drop in for the best choice of that vital espresso for caffeine addicts, nord from Árpád-bridge.More

NIce

Excellent coffee, bakery, nice atmosphere. The service was perfect. From the opening day, this is our favorite place for breakfast or middle-of-day coffee brake.

Amazing bakery

One of the best bakery I’ve ever been to! Really nice staff, with delicious stuff. Good coffee, good environment. It’s a piece of a dreamland! Keep up!

Awesome Birthday surprise

Just returned home on my birthday from my local café, which became my favourite one since its opening. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, superb bread selection and amazing coffees... For my birthday, they have treated me like a king and they've surprised me with 2 slices...of their delicious home-made chocolate cake. If you visit/pass by Csillaghegy (Starhill), Óbuda please do not miss this lovely corner café... you will never forget and never regret...More
