I totally loved that restaurant, the food are perfect! Nice waiters and very cozy! Recommend for every kind of occasion!

We were in this little restaurant with our frineds for dinner. It was fabolous! Valentin menu, the strawberry prosecco.... awesome.

We were here in January and still a little bit in February. Was ordering online so did not know what to expect. But when the food arrived, well, it was great, tasty, and more than enough food to have a nice dinner or lunch. Keep...up the good work guys!More

I had dinner at the Why Not Bistro while visiting Budapest in August 2019. I was staying nearby and my hotel recommended it for dinner. It was nice being able to sit outside by the Danube. I started off by asking if they had a...glass of champagne or sparkling wine, which they did, it was some kind of Hungarian sparkling wine, and I have to say it was terrible... but I guess Hungarian sparkling wine is not great, and you live and learn. For food I had the pork 'why not?' style which was like a pork schnitzel in breadcrumbs in creamy sour cream and cheese, served with potato wedges - it was hearty, which suited me because I was hungry! I had a glass of white wine with the food. I didn't have dessert, largely because they didn't offer me any. I found the service a bit lacking - I had to wait for them to come and serve me a few times, and so they missed out on some opportunities to sell me more, like I could have had another drink, and some dessert, but I got fed up of trying to attract their attention. However, at least the meal was very affordable - two glasses of wine and a big main course for the equivalent of about £16.60. You can't argue with that! Overall, it was a fairly 'meh' meal - fine if you want an easy dinner, and you want to eat well affordably, but I had better meals in Budapest, and I wouldn't particularly want to go again.More

We went on NYE to dinner, and service was great! I ate a tomato cream and some dumplings with grilled vegetales. My boyfriend ate goulash and a plate of dumpling with chicken. This restaurant is highly recommended, the courses were great and the waiter very...nice. Thanks for making our NYE so special!More
